Hi all.
I need some advice please.
I signed up to a casino site and deposited a fair few grand over a short period of time.
I wasn’t using a VPN but this site offered bonus buys. (I’m from the UK).
long and short, the games didn’t seem to play the same as other sites I’d played before and even watched other streamers play.
so I started to do some testing..
First example I’ll give is this.
gates of Olympus. (Pragmatic)
now normally; when you play this slot, the multipliers in the bonus are standard values across the board on every other site. On the casino in question, they were all completely different. 13,17,23x etc. never seen those before!!
The only way you hit a multi, had to be on the first spin. If no multi was hit on the first spin, no additional multi would occur if you made a connection/win. Thor would not raise his hand at any point!!
It all seemed very odd.
the second example after doing further testing was on the slot Dead or a Wild.
Doing normal spins, if you hit 2 of the same bonus symbol/feature, without fail. The third always landed. This happens on all other casinos and every single video I’ve seen.
on their casino/site, surprise surprise it didn’t land! Not once!!!!
I have emailed them asking for explanations as to why their site doesn’t play the same as every other casino and didn’t even get a response answering my complaint:
if this makes sense to anyone, or if I need to explain anything in more detail, please could you help.
I don’t know what to do or where I can raise my complaint with? The casino site doesn’t seem interested. I feel I’ve been scammed and want others to stay clear!!!

It’s a site called Winstler Casino.
check out gates of Olympus and dead or a wild specifically. That’s where I noticed the issues.
if they do play differently, do I have a case for getting my money back?
im considering approaching my bank.
just don’t know where I stand.

Please god tell me this is a wind up merchant and not just the dumbest person on the planet.
he/she should draw comfort from the fact that it is licensed in Curacao and is not part of the “GAMESTOP” system.

The casino you played is 100% scam, When you make a deposit they charge you from Turkey Africa etc on your statement will show like Shop Gym etc, best think ask a bank for the Charger back

Harsh, but fair!
@Beatsman – I think the main mistake was finding a casino that offered bonus buys without the need for a VPN. This combination is enough to tell me that it’s not above board.

Thanks for the info. I’d normally play standard sites/casinos. But I saw this online and was sucked in and found out the hard way.
If in turn it is a scam, are the bank likely to help me?

I came here for some advice pal. I understand it’s a big mistake on my behalf now. But what’s done is done.
what did you mean by Drawing comfort that it’s licensed and not part of GameStop? Does it help me in my claim with the bank?

The irony is obviously lost on you. Gamestop is not a real thing in a similar way that this casino is not either. You have been conned and I wish you every ounce of luck you will need with a chargeback claim.
