Stick with it and you will see.results for sure. When active everyday the diet isnโt really all that important you will know yourself, as you will feel shit when you eat shit food
Yeah I’m going to give it a big go mate and I’m still eating food I like but just tweaking stuff like the lasagne was low fat reduced salt sauce and low fat cheese. I think if I start eating rabbit food I wouldn’t stick it out ????

4th September 2019 at 12:15 am #79391well that bloody plate aint going to work. its wooden,ย 5 ft wide and filled with calories. Id rather starve than exercise. I cut my beer intake down from 15 cans a night to just 8 and I dont drink every night now. 8 years ago I was putting away over 100 cans a week plus fuck loads of weed.. Since I cut down I put on weight. I think once you hit 40 you bloat out. I tried going on the spirits to cut calories but drank a bottle a night. These quantities wernt even getting me drunk or stoned.ย Now I have 5 beers and Im ok, couple of doobies ok. I cut out sugar and snacks and went to the saucer plates but mines mostly beer related .
