Hi in september last year I self excluded myself from casino “X” via email explaining I had gambling issues. They closed my account. This week I opened accounts on casino “Y” and casino “Z” and lost a lot of money.
My question is should this even be possible? And you think there is any chance of a refund?
Thanks in advance
30th May 2019 at 4:07 pm #67577if the casinos are linked you should not have been able to register. You have literally zero chance of a refund.
Install gamban, seek help from ga or similar, https://www.gamcare.org.uk/self-help/self-exclusion/ also have a look on that site.
I think there is also a site that mass self excludes you from every site, no Idea of said sites name myself mind..

i was told that the security checks are normally 48 hours
i would demand a refund if they are linked and they should have stopped you .
if no luck take it to the gambling commission
31st May 2019 at 6:13 am #67606It’s highly unlikely that you’ll be able to get your money back, but theres no harm in trying. If you’re struggling (you obviously self excluded for a reason), consider Gamstop if you’re in the UK. Good luck 🙂
31st May 2019 at 10:38 am #67578I doubt they’ll refund you if you played the funds through.
Definently ask casino Y&Z to self exclude your accounts asap though if gambling is becoming a problem for you though & maybe register with Gamstop too if you’re not already registered. That will close pretty much all accounts you have & prevent you from registering new ones.

1st June 2019 at 1:40 pm #67720I’ve read some threads on askgamblers.com and some people have self excluded from one casino and then created accounts on their sister casino not knowing they were under the same license. They won money and when they tried to withdraw, their account got closed because they were self excluded on their sister casino. But they did get a refund of their deposits.
So this is only in the casinos favor? It’s okey to lose money in a sister casino your excluded from but not win?

Me, because you’re such a little bitch that can’t accept their own mistakes.
30th November 2019 at 12:20 am #84026Someone just did this to one of our casinos. They signed up 3 months ago to one, then banned. Last week they signed up to a new one who didnt have the parameters set. Lost, and are now kicking off.
I get why, but people need to take responsability. Now we have to refund the deposit.
