So basically I have a tendency to visit the Live Casino section now and then (usually stick to just betting) so I have loaded up a live chat and asked if it was possible to ban or block me from the certain section due to my tendencies… expecting a simple answer. Yet I was told after that my account has to be self-excluded for 6 months immediately without my consent. I had money what I had won from bets in my account, will the money be transferred back to my bank account? I just have doubts that I will not get the monies sent to my card. I have the whole chat log I had with the chat operator and was told that it was down to his decision to self excluded and I reiterate that I never asked for my account to be excluded. I am just furious how it has stemmed and what the outcome was. Any advice would be perfect.
I also seen that it has to be a mutual agreement for a self exclusion from the site? I am just confused and would just like it clarifying if possble and what better place to come then to this forum… Thanks.
