Is this wise? I received a Samsung s8 from my phone provider when my contract was used but I prefer using my old one. I was going to stick it on Ebay but someone has advised me not too, it still has the plastic protection as ive basically not used it, don’t wan’t to sell it to someone for them to return it in bits a month later claiming that it doesn’t work.
Any advice please!
1st March 2019 at 10:51 am #51837I think its fine as long as you make it clear in the description, take lots of photos clearly showing its conditon and always send by tracked mail. Also, if you are worried, impose a minimum feedback limit on your item. Say “no buyers under 150-200 feedback (100%)” or something along those lines. It really helps seperate the chancers from the legitimate buyers!

Turn ur fon on and get exact description , s8 model no / 8/16/32/64 gig the higher the more u can ask for £wise
eg samsunng s8 32g for sale unused still in box. ur price . (say a 3rd off retail price ) or whatever u feel , fixed price no time wasters . viewing welcome put in a couple of pics and one of the upgrade letter from ur sender . im sure you will sell no probs
Meet the buyer cash in hand jobs a good one.
1st March 2019 at 12:38 pm #51879Ebay is a gamble. You can do your best to protect yourself by being fully descriptive about the phone but that chance that you will get a corrupt customer is always possible. Ebay supports the cash ie the buyer, way more than the seller, the goods.
I will ONLY sell things on there that cannot be faulted or are collect only.

All yours for 900 quid and that’s mates rates.
