The great thing about sitting on the fence isn’t that you get to oversee like you are king. The great thing is that you have the opportunity to get off both sides and actually be part of and know what is going on. Of course, that takes time and doesn’t mean you will know everything. I sure don’t.

I have questions but some I keep to myself. I can share them now but it doesn’t mean I want or need the answers. Confused ? Sometimes a question can open a can of worms, as can an answer. However, I am me and I won’t be changing any time soon.

Let me just explain the “troll” thing. There are good trolls (true story bro) and there are bad trolls. There are confused trolls, trolls who try be good trolls but sometimes badly troll and bad trolls pretending to be good trolls… there is one final troll and that’s the troll who either genuinely doesn’t know they are a troll, or pretends they don’t. At the age of 45 and being around the internet since dial up days, being creative and such has led me to some rolls along the way. However I have always tried to live good with people and do the right thing, with no bad intentions.

So while I have stated what a troll is and what type of troll my heart wants me to be, I cannot speak for anyone else 100%. But I do know one thing, as a person who is sitting there looking at some sort of message board, with the opportunity to react, in whatever way, makes you a troll. Good or bad, ignorant or confused, I’m not making that call, but you are a troll if you are waiting for something to pass over the bridge. I laughed when people tried to deny this about 10 or so years ago but in acting, denial or not, you prove the point.

“Troll” is often synonymous with “bad” – that’s why people can tend to not like it.

What is more than clear is this site is watched from far by the silent trolls, watching alone is enough to make you a troll. Watching is the act. bandit isn’t shocked by this revelation as far as I could guess, simply because he knows. Enough people state they do it, when they eventually come in and say so.

I feel for bandit right now, because this site is being targeted the same as other streamers are. The pricks who refer to some streamers like [can of worms right there] as a pedophile, nonce and stuff, all from hidden behind a keyboard and screen. And yea, there are streamers out there who even I myself think are shockingly corrupt. If I thought bandit was a bad person, I’d outright say it or maybe I don’t have the balls to outright say it, you may think. I wouldn’t be sitting here enjoying his content, taking part in the forum and overall thinking he’s a good egg.

What I do know is that the group of anti streamers are targeting all streamers. That in itself is flat out wrong. The same one bad person doesn’t make everyone bad. It’s called persecution. Aside from it being illegal here in the UK, is also morally wrong. In simple terms, you break the window, you pay for the damage.

I also know the anti streamers are creating an embarrassing mess. Sending a myriad of bots into a twitch (irc based) channel to flood sending moderators into a panic because they didn’t see the blatant warning you put up was just fucking stupid. To achieve what ? Innocent people were banned from the channel while you sat there and watched the carnage you caused which was eventually cleared up and the streamer kept on streaming. You achieved nothing. You toyed with one of the oldest and wankest “hacks” going like you thought you were the voice of anonymous. What next ? You gonna pay someone to teach you to ddos ? Cause you aint got the fucking brains to study hacking and you haven’t got the balls to go against military grade protection.

Why don’t you just grab your ip mask, join the forum and do what I just did. Speak your fucking mind. Let people understand the issue you have. Your issue isn’t with bandit, it also isn’t with the fans and co-gamblers. Your issue is with the sufferation that addictive gambling causes. The trouble, hunger, the loss, the smashed up families and suicides.

I for one will tell you straight, just like bandit, I am 100% against that. most if not all the good members on this forum are against it.

You issue is with the gambling industry and as far as I am concerned, your aiming your proverbial attacks at the wrong people.

Finally, if you are gonna troll, be fucking proud about it. Own that shit. All of you. We know there are many of you.

Troll is a word that, generally speaking, has been diluted and gets thrown around freely these days. To me a troll is someone who deliberately posts controversial, abusive or inflammatory comments online with the specific intention of winding someone up and provoking an emotional reaction from them. But plenty of people these days will use it to mean “someone who repeatedly disagreed with me, or expressed an opinion I don’t like” and that’s definitely not trolling someone.

i like to think of myself as a bit of veteran of the internet and things have changed. In the last 5 or so years. Back in the day when the pool got closed and 4chan raids where writhe trolling was comparable with banter, some went too far and entered into cyber bullying territory but more often than not it was banter or a comical disagreement.

now if your opinion is unpopular your a troll and if you disagree with a lefty your a nazi troll ?
