Hi guys got a question about slots, I’ve been playing almost a year, and one day something strange happened. Played Starbust at betfeir casino on my computer using chrome while spinning i got stars on 2nd and 4th row and orange diamonds in-between and the game just froze with error message like server communication error, waited few minutes nothing happened and when I reloaded the game nothing happened no win at all, all my devices ware working fine no connection drop (did not took a screenshot)and i did some research about that matter and find out a lot of similar things happened to other players one lady reported to customer support that she won 5k from free spins took screenshots while they said nothing on their side. Another player also big win with video proof but after going to home page no win at all. Even they said that the player try to cheat and block them, so if it’s server connection error why the game keep playing and hit a big win? It seems like someone is manipulating with the players but don’t know is it the casino or the game provider. Did someone experienced something similar?

Do you mean you had orange on the middle reel only? If so that’s not even a win. But if you mean a full screen then yeah that sounds a bit dodgy. I’d definatley contact them and wouldn’t let it go if that’s the case. But I guess the main question is….. why on earth are you playing starburst?!!

Sounds like u didn’t win . It doesn’t pay in middle reels . If u did have full screen orange can’t see it paying more than 20x

The games often disconnect, for no good reason. But when i look a bit deeper into the sometimes error messages i get it’s simply servers being too busy. You know there’s this myth that everything with a online casino is better; well they cant even sustain a good amount of slotting players at the same time. I know because i work in web and know how it works.

If i’d run a rogue casino in all technical i could fetch the next ongoing outcome when you click spin and hit you out of the game when the win lands. Call it a void and redirect the wins to a secret account into the casino and done. But that is with only vague casino’s that dont have a license or that have a license with a retarded license operator.

But yeah if you had a win and the game disconnected on you, it either resumes the gameplay OR it puts the win onto your account. Ive had a bonus once that crashed, when i logged back in it was already creditted to my account.
