as i said the casino is part of white hat gaming which has a few casinos under their name.

i have never had this problem with them before when i have lost bits and pieces on their sites here and there but lately on small stakes i have managed to win around a thousand pound in total from a few of their casinos.

i was just fortunate enough to get some early wins where you get to use your real money before bonus money and the few little sessions were short due to the early wins i was getting.

but there has also been times when i have won with them where i’ve had big wins on bonus money and had to sit there for hours to beat the wagering so although it;s obviously best to win with real funds before dipping into the bonus funds but the bonus funds are still handy to have just incase you need to use them.

thankfully the money i have won has been approved but i will no longer get promotional offers or bonuses.

.personally i think its the fact that i have won so quick and cashed out quick.

apologies for the long post guys but i just wanted your opinions on it if they are right to do it etc

Had the same e-mail , as you . The funny thing is , they inundate you with offers . But u win a bit and they consider it a sort off bonus abuse. But the thing is the cashouts like u , was before hitting bonus money . So why should it be bonus abuse . That was 8 months ago and true to there word u dont hear anything from them .

do you both have a accounts with multiple white hat gaming sites? If so, it could be something to do with ‘bonus abuse’, where you’re just opening new accounts for the welcome bonuses. Could also just be a strategy they’re using.

Sly fuckers I’d imagine it’s due to you winning a lot in comparison to your deposits how much did you put in/take out?

winningbird yes have 4 accounts with sites owned by white hat gaming but i always checked with live chat before opening accounts with new sites and have deposited multiple times across them sites in the past and lost so it ain’t bonus abuse they just have got the hump where i have managed to get wins early with my real money before dipping into bonus funds.

 

 

Green2711 across 3 sites which i have lost on in the past, i deposited £25 on each of them over the course of a 2 week period and in total from 3 of the sites took around £1000 from a total of £75 in deposits and as mentioned i got early wins from my real funds before using bonus money..

thankfully my withdrawals were approved and the money is in my account.

but in future i will take my custom somewhere else and will not be using white hat gaming again

i have even sent them a lengthy email stating i wish close my accounts with them and that i will no longer be depositing or playing at any of their casinos again and that i will take my custom elsewhere
