Oh man I hope they pay you ..my friend had her cassava ( wink casino) shut down cos I used her sign in on my iPad which was a different IP address …it was buried in their t&c’s …also it’s probably to do with these tight laws now re “can you explain your source of funding ” bullshit .good luck fingers crossed ..keep,us updated

I do it quite often tbh mate, always playing at mates houses for example so i doubt it would be that, they specifically said they want my big wins checking with the provider which is a bit shit really eh
An internal review by the operators seems serious and could take weeks…. ???

From home, work or a friends house.
I play alot on my phone using 4G from all around my region as probably to alot of people. Again, can’t see this being the problem.
If theyve gone to the provider to investigate your consistent big wins then the only thing I can think of is that they (VS) think theres a flaw in the game of sorts and the way you play the game has fucked witwith the algorithms of it. Even then though this is their issue not yours.
Hope you get it sorted bud, it really is a slap in the face though, you should definately be on their VIP lists and for the chat support to treat you like that is outrageous.

Okay so yeah it does smell a lot like they think your repeated Reel King success might be some kind of bug or glitch and they want confirmation the game is functioning properly and your winnings are the result of legitimate random outcome. I’d imagine if they think there’s even a possibility of a problem on the provider’s side which means the game is consistently losing against it’s agreed long term RTP, they will pass the stats over to Greentube and ask them to investigate.

8th January 2019 at 11:36 pm #35667I wouldnt say videslots are scam artists, i think its actually reasonable that they want to make sure all is above board and that the game it working and paying out properly. Obviously Bandit is on more than a hot streak on Reel King so i don’t really see it as a problem.
Its not uncommon for casinos to exercise this sort of thing when a player has seemingly unbelievabe luck.
It happened to me a few years ago on Casumo, i think i made 15 deposits in a month and cashed out a profit everytime, they closed my account to make some checks and reopened it 2 days later saying all was ok.
