[Husky0913 WANTED $1 Outlaw]

Hi there guys.. I have a problem with a casino and i really dont know what to do anymore. I withdrawn 1500£from Spinzcasino nearly 8 weeks ago without them paying me.. They asked for my documents which i sent like 10 times and they always replyed back that they will chase this up with the relevant team.. Right but after.. Chaos! They live chat is out of service, they phone number is out of service! They are provided by Grace Media, and i’ve spoke with them but they also used to reply the same story that they will chase this up for me. Gambling comission is useless, they say there is nothing they can do.. Really?!?! On the Trustpilot website are at least 15 people with the same story like mine.. Help please what can i do? I really work for my money and 1500£ its quite a lot for me to abandon just like that

Don’t have the answers for you but always look before signing up to casino sites places like this are shameful this why streamers like chipmonks gets bad press as he promotes utter shit like this I wouldn’t use a casino like this if it was the last one left I’d wrap in gambling if I had to choose hopefully if everything is fine you can’t be refused the money you will get payed out but when I wouldn’t know I can imagine how frustrated you are casinos like that shouldn’t be available because there shit basically they’ll take your money all day long but will never pay out let’s hope they don’t find any loop holes because if they can they will hope it get sorted and apologies for not having the answers you need.

don’t waste your time start filling this form, they did help me to get my money from Casumo casino a year ago

I can’t voice any opinions at all anymore because I get trolled and slagged off relentlessly to the point the chest pains started again 😂, but I suggest following what @gameroom said as it worked for them 👍

looks like they ask all their customers for SOW at the same time now they are stuck with a lot of Doc to be check, just like Casumo casino did year ago

What if i close my account? That would help or just complicate my stiuation.. Because if i close my account how do i prove my pending withdrawals? Resolver are not having them in the system.. Neither I. B. A. S
