The account you’re trying to correspond with is a Facebook account, it sounds daft but nobody is actually in charge of it, the tweets are a result of them posting from their Facebook account.
This means that any tweets sent to them and any interactions with the account will only be seen when it’s active, which it looks as though hasn’t been since August last year!
Probably best off contacting them direct on Facebook as it seems they’re properly active on there!
