There were not 2 results, reality is you probably bet on the 07th game as tennis betting is usually a game ahead on bets like that.

I know nothing of tennis but checked sofascore and it shows 4 points were played in game 6, so if that’s what they use it would show as a loss. I did then check flash scores the app I use and it shows 8 points so I would question them
