Number 2 , email them, show the signed post office receipt , and say if your saying you haven’t got it, then this person has stolen my property, and go down the legal routes
These banks forget, it’s not there money, it’s ours. And they want DNA for us to use our money.
Needs better regulation, they should be on there knees open mouthed saying thankyou,that they can use our money.
