Glitch u say, hmmmm. americans can shut down nucklear reactors in Iran with a hack, who to say what the casinos can do????
i bet this was going to be soo huge that they added a instant glitch just to avoid game or pull malfunctioncard. They can do that u know, its a casino they never loose.
Ive seen this counting erro on another stream aswell, there the result dident trigger down to a retrigger but its strange that this came throug at btg without notice, i mean the game is played up and down before release.
Anybody else noticed how fucking cold the slots get after a good streake? clear ur cookies, change ip, change name, change device and u might get a second good strike before u run out of money 🙂 hahaha

18th March 2019 at 10:48 am #55942Gutted. I think because it was a front end glitch they are just going to leave pay out what you got. The result of the game would have already been determined.
having said they they should offer you a fresh 10 pound bonus or something like that due to fact how it played out and you had an online audience of this.
It’s doesnt look good for people confidence in BTG . These bugs should really be flushed out before release.
Looking forward to seeing what they come back with.

Regardless of why it happened though, one thing remains, there was a glitch and we will never know (as I am sure they will not let him have that bonus again Glitch free) what could have happened.
Doesn’t fill us all with confidence, does it? Â I am not touching Holy Shiester or Final C*nt Down until i see some decent returns!
Some of the slots recently have been shocking, I have not had a decent bonus for months. Â I know i am in a rut however, I would rather do the footie accumulators!

118th March 2019 at 12:46 pm #55965I don’t see how people can say that he should be paid an average of whatever the bonus should have paid blah blah blah.
The counter starts at 10. First scatter said 3 it counted down by 6. Obviously that’s not right but you never got enough scatters and numbers to tick down the counter and therefore didn’t achieve a retrigger. When it looked like it retriggered and flashed back to the remaining spins that were left the bonus played out as it would have with the 2 remaining spins in which you had.
You won’t get anything from this but if it has been raised as an issue it should get solved and sorted out it’s not the first time a game has malfunctioned and it won’t be the last.
Have you appreciated this angle – When the game believes it has retriggered and the visual counter is reset to 10, it stays at 10 for the remaining 2 spins…. are those 2 spins spun out inside the level 2 segment of the game, the retriggered zone hence blocking any early scatter as it doesn’t want to go near the second retrigger? Is it possible that the 2 remaining genuine spins may well have landed a scatter to actually retrigger it for the first time, had it not have believed it was already playing those spins in the second section. I am not sure if you will get me there but the way people have all turned in to slot programmers and seem to absolutely know everything is kind of doing my brain in now haha

Do any of you, in your job, lets say your a plumber, break a pipe, have to do a bit of extra work, then as a result of this have to pay for their whole house to be refurbished?
Its clear BTG have fixed the issue, found the issue, and that bonusBandit got was just the worlds ultimate tease. Annoying i agree. Very. But they arent cheating him.
Couldnt agree more,was an obvious glitch and 27x wild was never activated…id have just moved on the instant i realised.

18th March 2019 at 3:22 pm #56007shocking stuff… but at least you have it on film….i was playing worms reloaded on paddypower and i hit the blast bonus i was only playing 0.60cents just before the fuse was at the collect i had won €72.30 when the game just knocked off when i came back on my bonus was ended and money never added to my account when i contacted them they told me i needed the the actual time and still of that spin for it to be looked at but when i went into the data its was,nt there they told me there was nothing they could do it was a glitch so i just left them…hopefully they dont give you the run a round

The “front end” issue that caused this has been reported by a few players. The issue has now been isolated and patched. Nick BTG
118th March 2019 at 4:10 pm #56019I had a bonus that wouldn’t go past the start screen (can’t remember slot)
went on chat help and they could see slot and they played through the bonus for me without me seeing it , I had to tell them what to do (like collect or gamble etc )
