Today was really the beginning for my journey to complete a marathon. It started months ago when my sister told me i couldn’t do it and as i am pretty stubborn of course i was going to jump in head first. There was no marathon today but my first proper run being the Edinburgh Kilomathon 13.1K. I don’t think i have actually completed this distance before today so very proud of myself and feeling alot more confident about the half marathon on May 26th to come. Not sure what marathon i will be doing yet but will be around September/ October time hopefully.
Todays time was 1:14:16. My goal was 1:30 so smashed that 😀 😛
Now time for a lie down and a punt on the football, Enjoy your Sunday folks and stay positive 😀

Time was 25:43 which is about 3 minutes faster than when am just out and about myself although thats just a split time, giving that half the course is uphill really happy with that. Also a target to beat for next week 😛
