Crypto.com are now asking for extra information to send money to bc game and all other external wallets due to travel regulations they are asking for receipts name receipts country and there wallet type bc game don’t want to give me this information as far as I’ve been told from crypto.com this come in to force from today for all uk account holders I don’t know if that’s the truth or its just me but they said it’s every one in the UK hoping to get this information to Steve aka the bandit to see if the same happened to him from today and I’f he can mange to get the correct information needed from bc game as I can’t thanks

not quite sure what it means for sites like BC game. message from the app when you try, says you cannot send it because of travel rules, but you can send it using the EO2 protocol.. or some such bullshit.

When withdrawing or depositing I put the country as usa and non custodial wallet the just name of the casino never had any problems doing that on crypto.com when withdrawing it asks you for the Information under travel regulations normally get a notification on my phone click on it fill In the info then deposit should work

I think you can avoid those issues by first transfering your crypto into a desktop wallet (Exodus) or a hadware wallet (Ledger, Trezor) or even metamask and then deposit in the casinos. Or stop using crypto.com and go to Kraken (If the FCA still allows it)  🙂

I had this with crypto.com for £800 withdrawal, I just chose the country my vpn was set too whilst playing when filling out the added information.

Does anyone know what requirements are required for over €1000 withdrawal? It stated before I did a withdraw that anything above this requires additional on top, like address of site etc (I think) so I just kept my withdrawal under the £1k
