my wife son and I did a 10k charity run on Sunday for cerabal palsy (excuse spelling )

was hundreds people taking part I walked it in 1 hour 24 minutes (too old to run 71) was great fun

Race results for 10k I finished 550th out of 1000 plus so considering I am over 70 and only walking in a time of 1 hour 34 minutes

I am happy with that result will aim todo better next time

why not get mobile aircon machine looking at prices at curry they are about 300- 550 pounds they are really good move them room to room I use them in the Philippines
