Unfair treatment by Videoslots source of wealth

    I finally got my balance paid after 6 weeks of constant bugging them. I got some decent advice from members of the casinomeister forum but the @team.videoslots there were no help at all. I just kept on emailing VS CS several times a week telling them I would not be supplying any further intrusive financial information, telling them I wanted my account closed and balance paid, and sending them the following from GC at https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/contact-us/guide/covid-19-our-most-common-enquiries-from-gambling-customers

    “Where a gambling business needs to ask their customers for more information they must do so at the earliest opportunity. They cannot demand that customers submit any additional information as a condition of withdrawing funds from their account if they could have reasonably asked for that information earlier.”

    I’ve learnt my lesson, no more regulated casino play for me. I’m moving to crypto.

    Simple email about, what is happening with my account for so long on SOW… if they hold Withdraw ask them way you need to wait for so long.

    This guy refused to send docs to VS he got paid after 6 weeks
