Hi ALL! This is my first post on any kind of forum, so please bear with! I’d just like to air my views on Vegas Hero Casino… In a few words, UTTER DOG POO. After having taken a break from gambling for a few months by registering with GAMSTOP, I decided to have a blast at a new casino. To my shock I actually made profit on my £20 deposit… By winning a portly amount of around £360 (aprox). Now, unbeknownst to me, apparently the GAMSTOP registration was still active, yet it let me join a new casino with all the same details. So who is in the wrong? Me for joining a new casino, thinking the “self exclusion” period had ended, or the casino for letting me join? Hmmm… Anyways, I began the withdrawal process. As you’d expect, they needed ID and proof it was me who deposited, where I live etc. So I sent in the documents, and thought nothing more of it. A few days passed, and nothing appeared in my bank, so I check the withdrawal timing, and it said anything upto 3 days. Me being the patient man I am, I left it another 2 days, still nothing. I then tried to contact them via their live chat, only to be greeted with a screen saying my account has been suspended, because of self exclusion. WOAH! so I emailed them asking what’s going off? (Having already requested a withdrawal) they said my case has been sent to the financial dept. for approval. This should take no more than 72 hours. 3 more days passed, still nothing. Contacted them again, and they reply with “your case has been escalated to the management dept, please bear with us while we investigate, we will email you in due course”. At this time, almost 12 days had passed. All this started on Feb 4th 2019. I am writing now, as I have had an email, TODAY (!!!!!) being Feb 25th, from the management dept, asking me again for my bank statement, so they can start the withdrawal process which takes another 3 days!! Now the customer service reps I’ve spoken too couldn’t be more helpful… The handling of my case, however, has been dire. with lack of communication from the managerial side.
I won’t be using this casino again, that’s for sure!!
26th February 2019 at 8:43 pm #51236Or maybe you were at fault for joining a new casino knowing you were still self excluded but thought you would try your luck.
Sorry, I’m just naturally suspicious, not least that I would have checked first before depositing money – you left yourself open to this one, albeit the casino should not have let you deposit

Did u get the money?
28th February 2019 at 10:20 am #51469Still waiting, not heard from them yet. It’s not gone into my bank that’s for sure.
28th February 2019 at 10:20 am #51473Agreed, I should’ve checked first. However, the point is I was able to join, deposit, and request a withdrawal under a self exclusion program, to which GAMSTOP is present on the Vegas Hero website. The problem exists with GAMSTOP, its simply not working effectively, therefore, leaving a GAPING window open for people who gamble irresponsibly, and risk losing everything, just so they have a “small chance” of winning big.
9th March 2019 at 12:14 pm #53643Honestly, I think the whole deal with instant deposits without verification, while they need all this proof for withdrawals is bullshit. This is a big problem with the online casino business, and it should change. If you deposit and withdraw using the same method, there should be no need for verification. And since they do require documentation, they should require it before letting you deposit.
Whenever I play on a new casino, I’m always nervous about not getting my money if I win and decide to withdraw. It’s very unfair, and it shouldn’t be like this.
I was self excluded on Leo Vegas way back, without remembering I had played there once several years ago. There was no problem registering a new account, and the customer service approved my documents. After 600 euros of deposits, I won 10,000 euro. When I tried to withdraw, they said it was approved and on it’s way to my bank account. A week later nothing was there, no email from Leo Vegas, and my account was closed.
I then complained and said to atleast give my deposits back, to which they said “nope”.
After complaining to MGA, LeoVegas had to give my deposits back.
I understand I was at fault for not remembering I had played there. But when you’ve tried 50 different casinos over the course of 10 years, it’s hard to remember every single one you’ve tried once.9th March 2019 at 12:17 pm #53645Oh and I really dislike the promotion emails from Vegas Hero / CasinoCruise / Sloty etc (same license casinos).
In the email subject line they always put things like 200%, when it really is a 25% bonus promotion.10th March 2019 at 4:31 am #53894Honestly, I think the whole deal with instant deposits without verification, while they need all this proof for withdrawals is bullshit. You could have been thousands in before a cash out and they would have continued taking your money without a care

Exactly. This part really annoys me. Imagine you play at a site with bonuses on the first 4 deposits, and you do like a 250 deposit every time. On the last deposit you win 10k, and you’re 1k in. You’re buzzed and you try to withdraw, and you’re now facing the stress of having to wait several days to find out if they’ll verify your documents. Sometimes it takes a week for them to do it, and you start getting nervous about if you’re even getting your money.
This is why I only play on casinos recommended by streamers I trust nowadays. I can’t handle the stress anymore.15th March 2019 at 12:24 pm #55373I’m still surprised every time I read stories like this.
I’m in Belgium, and self exclusion here works like this:
You send in a request to be excluded , to the Gaming Commission. When they recieve your request, you get excluded from every class A and B casino, landbased and online, in Belgium. If you wanna play on what you call, fobt? machines in cafes or whatever, they have an id card reader so you can’t play on those either.
We can’t play on foreign websites. Can’t even sign up cause Belgium isn’t in the list of countries to make your account. Most websites don’t even allow me to play free play lol, they just block you right away , can’t even get on the site if they detect a Belgian IP . Some allow free play but, some don’t allow me at all.
If you want to play again, you need to send in another letter and then after a 3 months waiting period you can play again.
It’s very hard to gamble away money over here once you’ve exluded. As it should be imo.
I play again, but need to go to a different country to do so, landbased casino in Holland. Didn’t play for 2 years but ended my self exclusion just before christmas so will be able to play over here again as well in 2 weeks or so.
Not being able to join any foreign online casino, sometimes it sucks ( can’t use a Bandit link for example ) but on the other hand, it makes it a lot easier to take a break from gambling. One letter to the Gaming commission and you’re done for at least 3 months.
