So I joined videoslots via the bandit draw tab, deposit and get my welcome bonus.  My daily loss limit was set for me at my first deposit amount, meaning when I’d lost my initial deposit I was unable to play my bonus money.  I asked videoslots to rectify the loss limit to allow me to play my bonus to which they said it takes 7 days to change……not a problem so I changed it.  Logged back in today to play as my limit should have changed except the bonus has expired before the change to my limit was made.  They have now said its gone and nothing they can do.  How can this be fair?  I deposit money, play with the money, try to play with bonus but cannot until my limit has been changed, then it runs out before change is allowed?  If i can play with the bonus money but chose not to and it runs out then fair enough, I have had no opportunity to play with bonus and its gone! come on be fair video slots.

It’s a bit shit mate but it’s stated in the terms when you take the bonus how long it lasts, the cooling off period is designed that way to protect problem gamblers from changing their limits after a bad session and donking off their entire bank account.

I do know how you feel though as I misread the loss limit when I joined up I meant to set a weekly deposit limit of £200 and after losing a bunch deposited another £60 I hit my loss limit for the month which was £200 so then I had to change it and wait the 7 days to play with the money I’d put it, I hadn’t verified so I couldn’t take it out either. So I spent the week playing freerolls on there.

Saying that though they could reinstate your bonus as a gesture of good will but I can’t see it happening.
