Yeah Videoslots verification process has always been an utter mission, you have to verify every method you have ever used on there and i had to send 6 proofs myself, they wanted a card that i no longer had and it took a long time to get through to them that i didn’t actually have that any more as it had been replaced by a new card for the same account! The solution for me in the end was to send a screenshot of my bank statement that showed a transaction that had been made with that old card but it was all an absolute mission.
1126th January 2019 at 12:41 pm #43071Its a complete joke if you ask me bandit, i agree that there needs to be saftey rules and proof shown but all my other documents i uploaded proved that i am the person im saying i am. I will not be using videoslots again due to this?
26th January 2019 at 12:50 pm #43081I know it’s hard to believe but video slots are a decent site. Well sometimes. It’s an awful story though and I know where your coming from. I remember them saying once I had to withdraw to the card I had the majority of my deposits with which I thought was weird. Also the missus had similar problem and couldn’t even screen shot bank statement. Bank said for security reasons wasn’t allowed. I think it’s fair enough that they ask for verification. It’s just gets extremely complicated if you either change banks and cards and even address. I remember been refused £2800 off £50 deposit with 32red. I’d broke t’s and c’s. ( had 3 spins on roulette over 5 quid ). I was absolutely gutted so unfortunately I know how you feel.
126th January 2019 at 3:18 pm #43148Its the first time i have encountered a verifaction to this standard and was truthfully shocked at first due to the rest of documents i sent them they still wouldnt let me get my winning but the day has past and the money is lost now so just need to get on with it i suppose? Sorry to here of your problems you had with 32red also its a sore one mate, the highs and lows of a gambler eh lol
126th January 2019 at 4:06 pm #43170Had a very simpler issue with redbet and my bank as I had 2 cards but lost one they wouldn’t let me withdraw when I went into my bank (nationwide) I asked them if they could print me a letter to verify that I did indeed own the card that was on there system which they did and they seemed to accept that….just now having the another issue with redbet 🙁 gave up fully with that site now
127th January 2019 at 5:49 pm #43571Do they not offer to lock your winnings till it was sorted ?
Gutted for you man
27th January 2019 at 6:05 pm #43575When I was gambling it took me ages to get ID and stuff sorted with videoslots when I had a big balance in there to withdraw. After that issue I had always sorted out my ID documents on a site before I make a first deposit. I feel some casinos use it as a stalling tactic sometimes. I had an issue with Metal Casino one time where I won £10,000 and they wanted proof of wealth. They already had my bank statements which showed I had just been playing with winnings. Took about a week to finally get it rectified but I’m sure that was a stalling tactic as I got it to this amount off a £75 deposit. Just try not to spend your winnings or just get a lock on your account for a few days to avoid temptation while the card situation gets sorted
127th January 2019 at 6:57 pm #43603Ive had a simular issue with videoslots but i went on live chat and they removed my old card for me and done something called a “majority reset” (think that’s what its called) to enable me to withdraw to new card once approved

Just so people know for future, if the site are ever being difficult – just let the withdrawal go back to card you no longer own. It will get processed in the usual way, but will go to a “holding account”
With you bank who basically check who owned the expired card and route it your bank anyway. I’ve done this a number of times and just let the bank sort it their end – just means the process takes a few days longer than a regular withdrawal.1 -
