10 failed attemps today to send them documents my passport and proof of address which was rejected not clear anouth they said and in wrong format did all again i the format asked for rejected who can really beassed with that took my lass 2 days back and forth same problems do they do it just on purpose got acepted strait away off sky and other sites same documents i no of a few people aswell same problems im not even trying to withdraw out either so just give up bothering ile take my money else were cause sick of sending stuff back and fourth and getting nowere with them worsest site for verification ive come across yet

25th April 2019 at 7:27 pm #62502I had this issue too, so what I did was emailed support telling them that my camera phone won’t chabge the photos in the required format or size. I asked if I can send the pics via email and if they can re format the pics. Told them I wasn’t good with tec, they said yes and sorted it for me.

Team Videoslots.1125th April 2019 at 10:37 pm #62548Joke of a site,i suggested to my brother they were a good site as personally i use to play there quite alot and never had any real problems plus they had a good range of slots,just once when a card expired but i got it sorted,well he won a bit with welcome bonus,they kept rejecting everything they had asked him for numerous times,in the end they literally said we are keeping your deposits(£400,plus your winnings,think was about £500) if you have a problem with that go to IBAS…which my brother did but it took him 10months and IBAS obviously sided with him as he did nothing wrong atall and they paid out,but 10months to wait,plus saying we are keeping you deposits!!…discusting,i still get emails from them for offers but not played with them for well over a year now,and even i did id avoid with the lowering of RTPs.
25th April 2019 at 11:33 pm #62554they’ve kinda gone downhill. They were my favourite site but they stopped doing the weekly casino race and the free spins they used to give out have vanished completely. Only the selection of games that makes me even bother playing there anymore.

Before you even consider doing this Baron ask yourself this.
If there are this many difficulties just signing up to deposit, what sort of shit are you going to face if you win big and try to withdraw.
So many providers out there, unless there is an overwhelming reason to use these guys (game/welcome bonus), just take it as a warning and move on

26th April 2019 at 8:43 am #62591Just to point out that I’m the first to call a casino out when they use stalling tactics but I’ll give credit when it’s due and my experience with VS when veryifing was actually top notch so it’s a shame to hear your having such trouble. I just sent in a downloaded pdf bank statement which I used for 2 out of the 4 documents requested and a picture of my card which I edited in paint to blank out the areas they tell you to and a picture of passport – I did this late evening and I was verified when I woke up at the crack of noon. I’ll also mention that I had won almost 1k from a £50 deposit.
I don’t play there much anymore since they lowered the rtp to make the player pay for the rise in tax. Even before then It was the one casino that was constantly kicking my ass other than the monster hit on Magic Mirror.

Cashouts in under 5 minutes to bank accounts, immediate phone calls from the RG team if your deposits rise, fast verifications if you have a passport and actual camera that takes a clean image. No issues, no problems.
sure the RTP changes, but tell me honestly, if your company was losing 40% of its profit from a certain country, would you not do the same?!

Stop misleading people using the word CONCLUDED in ur email security checks as this leads to confusion on the part of the customer thinking that all parts have been completed instead of the one mentioned at the bottom of the email
Secondly if you take money from a customers bank by mistake eg sorry transaction unsuccessful mesg and cust checks bank and sees money has not been taken oot and redeposits only to find out 2 mins later they have double deposited . pls refund to bank immediately without any fuss whatsoever . as this is an error on ur part . Doesnt matter if customer has been mislead by the top part of this post and is not verified rightly pay the money back .
This was my expierience and is why i will never ever ever play there again
