Please could someone help me out here and give me some advice on Thursday the 23th I received an email the email clearly states deposit £15 to receive 100free spins in a game called fire joker I therefore clicked the email and read there terms and it still clearly says deposit £15 to receive the 100 free spins I therefore deposited £15 funny enough I didn’t receive the spins so I went on chat they then said we have changed the terms to deposit £20 to receive the spins.. I was not informed about the change there website still said the same thing depositing £15 to receive the spins so I lost out on the spins I would not of deposited the money if I was aware and now they won’t do anything about it for me or even credit the spins I just think it’s totally unfair to do that to a player if there for 5+ years and very active on there casino. Please guys could you giv me some of your thoughts as to eat you think or think I should say to them thanks in advance Cory.

I would imagine if it is a genuine Videoslots email, whatever the offer says should be honoured, providing you have completed the criteria inside the specified timescale, which i would imagine would also be included in the email.
15th September 2018 at 8:41 pm #18821I’ve done every thing correct and the email was a real email from them they confirm that to me just that they had decided to change it to £20 deposit instead of the £15 I was emailed and how can I upload the screenshots mate I’m on a iPhone
15th September 2018 at 8:44 pm #18822Well i wouldn’t settle for that personally and i would complain my arse off until they gave me the spins, did they have a line in the original email that said “we reserve the right to change this offer without notice” because i would say if they didn’t then they can’t. If they did, then i guess they covered themselves, still bad form though.

Surely I’m not in the wrong here what do u think bandit do you think I’m wrong or do u think they made the mistake and shud therefore correct it and fund me the spins at least
15th September 2018 at 9:52 pm #18836I’ve no idea what you should do if you have already showed them all this mate – how do you get them to give you the spins? No idea. Is it wrong of them to not give you the spins – most certainly. What have other people advised you to do, has anyone else had this same thing occur, have you definitely showed them all what you have posted, i find it incredible they are attempting not to give the spins, is there more to the reason why? Like have they accused you of bonus abuse, anything like that? Have you tried to access the free spins from more than one account? If everything you have done is above board and correct then to me they have to give you the spins, just seems there has to be a piece of the jigsaw we are not seeing.
15th September 2018 at 10:21 pm #18837Honestly I’ve done everything correctly EVERYTHING I wouldn’t do anything out of place as I know the outcome I wouldn’t risk getting a withdrawal to be taken away lol I’m a good good player always listen to the rules obviously there just fooled me and ripped me of at least now I’ll post this around much as I can so people can see what that can b like because I’ve done nothing but do what that email says and nothing for them to takeaway the bonus thanks for your reply’s bandit also nice vids buddy take care speak soon

You should deffo report it to the newspapers as you are thinking of doing. If the headline – gambling addict doesn’t get 100 free spins on online gambling site – doesn’t make front page news I don’t know what will 🙂
