I played on redbet a week ago and always take the daily bonus with my deposit. Every time I click on the bonus and put my deposit amount in and the bonus code is already in the box. Did it this time and bonus code was in the box. But I got no bonus cash?. Spoke to chat and she said it was an old code?. Eh. I told her it was the code the site put in automatically. Got told after 20mins she would email me there decision, but had no email in over a week?

16th September 2018 at 11:32 am #18862Hi just wanted to say I received an email from videoslots saying deposit 15pound or more and receive 100 spins over the next few days 13th to the 16th i think it was that’s 15 pound each day and I would receive 100 on play and go slots anyway I made a deposit of 50pound then checked and my free spins were nowhere to be seen contacted live chat and they said they have changed it to 2x 10 pound deposits without any notice I told them I have just made a 50 pound deposit and they said I would need to make another deposit of at least 10 pound to receive the free spins haha ………the next day at 00.17 in the morning England time lol I made 2x 10pound deposits to receive the next set of 100 spins and again they were not there so again went on live chat and she told me it was only 11.17 at night even tho in England it was 00.17 in the morning so if I wanted the next set of 100 spins i would have to wait till 1 minute last 1 in the morning and make another 2x 10 pound deposits to receive these spins because from there end it was 11.17gmt well not from my end it wasn’t so i have complained to videoslots about all this now just waiting for an apology or maybe some compensation for there loyal customer who only plays at this casino but if I get home of the above i will most definitely be finding one that does card for there business and there loyal customers so yeah the previous comment you are completely right mate videoslots just moved the goal posts without any warning very naughty i hope you fight them every step of the way on this …………..long distance selling act regulations basically what videoslotshas done is wrong and they cannot do this always know your rights no the law then there if nothing they can say if you don’t your stuff you are gunna get trampled on hope this helps a little mate

What you should do is not play at VideoSlots. There are plenty of better casinos out there. Personally Casumo is my favourite, though I’m currently on a self-imposed six month break there after some Immersive Roulette tilting went a bit too far. But I love how they do bonus money; you get to play with it immediately and proportionately to any real funds in your account and can just take a profit and forfeit the remaining bonus funds if you haven’t completed wagering. So if you have £100 real money and £50 bonus money, every spin is 2/3rds real cash, 1/3rd bonus. I find this is the best system to the advantage of the player, as you can take a big win without meeting 35x£150 wagering. Christ, loads of other casinos won’t even give you your £20 deposit match bonus until you’ve wagered £700 and how often are you gonna manage that off a £20 deposit?

As you said in another post the amount of money they make is unreal, so I don’t think the head of video slots is going to worry about your £15 deposit or losing you – he wants to catch the big fish and you will be replaced within 30 seconds

16th September 2018 at 10:12 pm #18949Right guys I’ve e-mailed a complaint to videoslots regarding this matter as it stung me aswel I have brought up people’s concerns and have asked them to at least do the right thing and reach out and try and sort this problem out for there customer’s in some way of compensation i have mentioned things like people who have a 20 deposit limit have deposited 15 then only to be told they need to deposit another 10 well they cannot because they deposit limit and also mentioned the long distance selling act regulations so it means they offer something over the phone internet etc then you pay for that thing but do not receive it.then that’s in breach of the long distance selling regulation it doesn’t matter weather it’s an error or not it’s the law so hopefully this goes some way to helping those who have been affected out i will let you know videoslots response on here as soon as I here back from them……fingers crossed videoslots do the right thing for there customer’s hope this helps folks ?
