Hello all,

 

I deposited £200 on videoslots a few weeks ago,got the 100% match bonus and thought it would be a case of if I lost the cash deposit then the matched £200 would be available to play but only able to be cashed out after the 35x wagering (fair enough).

I have lost the original deposit but apparently,the wagering is on the cash balance and is paid in 10% chunks so will need to redeposit to continue,have I got this right?

I think they doubled the wagering requirement about a year or two ago.  It used to be relatively easy to grind through to get a decent bonus.

Happened to me as well . Thought I was going to have £200 bonus funds after I lost my funds but nope ?. Don’t like this system at all where you get it back in 10 percent increments.
