Anybody seen what’s going down at video slots ? JB will have a field day! Basically some games from edict / merkur went into some kind of increased RTP mode where they didn’t take bets when spinning, think some people took advantage of this after videoslots realised they contacted players and said to 1/2 that has withdrawn if you don’t return the winnings we will be calling the police haha!

 

Does make you wonder just who can change the setting etc on slots!

Not taking the player’s bet is very different to the games operating at an increased RTP in the regular sense (I mean, yes, not taking the cost of the spin will automatically yield an infinite RTP by definition, but it’s not a higher RTP in the sense we would ordinarily be referring to). Would love to see some more info about this occurrence if anyone has any. But if players noticed spins weren’t costing them anything in real play and went on to withdraw winnings from it, yeah I’m no lawyer but I’d imagine it’s clear fraud given it’s an obvious, unmissable malfunction in the game – which also voids winnings in accordance with contract terms. That said, I’d be surprised if the police would in practice get involved; permanently banning the players concerned from the site if they refuse to return the winnings is more likely to be the most VS can actually do. Threatening to inform police is probably a bluff on their part.

A videoslots rep has replied in another forum, still not that clear although the gist is players balance did not go down when placing a wager so it didn’t count as a staked bet. One of the games was magic mirror 2, they said only around 20 players were effected, says to me the suspect them 20 were trying to take advantage of this as surely more than that played the game over the weekend.

 

There was a few comments about the slots possibly going in to demo mode where the rtp is higher similar to a “ show mode “ to display the potential and big wins etc but this hasn’t been confirmed!

 

I mean yea if they can prove somebody caused the malfunction or purposely exploited it then I agree with you argyl but if they didnt and had some big wins I can’t see what video slots can do. The solution on some accounts after backlash is that video slots have said players can keep the withdrawals as a good will gesture but the accounts will remain permanently closed unless they contact them and resolve the issue.

video slots has the shitest help and customer service of any site ive been on ive still been unable to verify a acount with them after sending id passport bank statements multiple times the same id ive sent to every other site to get verifyed no problem im glad there at a loss and fk them there mistakes if you have withdrawn and you won that money tell them to ring police lol cant do nowt if the shoe was on other foot would they give it back would they bollocks i hope loads of people got massive wins and bankcrupt the place haha take your money run people and let them close your acount shite rtp anyway for english players these days only thing i regret is the money ive put in over the years but after all the messing about back and forward just to verify i well and truly fucked this shitty site off move on people better sites out there

To anyone who took advantage of this videosslots fuck up. I say to you. If you managed to fuck them over for any money. Do not worry in the slightest. The worst they can do, and will do, is close your account if you don’t cooperate. Any bullshit they say about law and threats is 100% a fucking  bluff.

About time they got a bit of commupence. It’s not like they have ever manipulated situations  with us before is it…..wait……what?….oh yeah they do it every day.

I love a good story with a happy ending.

Just curious why people play at Videoslots with them lowering the RTP of their games wherever the gaming developer allows? Slotting generally is already hard enough like trying to get blood out of a stone without playing low RTP game versions.

Magic Mirror 2 has been causing all sorts of problems for videoslots lately ?? but this could be the mother of all fuck ups. Imagine the amount of players they are having to contact and the time that would go into persuing each individual. I wouldn’t give a penny back until I had legal correspondence, fuck yall threats its not the players just to make sure the machines are running properly.
