I have had different sized withdrawls ranging from a couple of hundred to about 14k and the withdrawls, not that I had a say in the company name associated with the withdrawl, or know why there were different ones, but these companies varied alot from adyen, to globalplay or something and many others.
I thought it might have been because of the way I deposited/withdrew or the amounts. I asked VideoSlots help at the time and they said they had changed the companies that they used to carry out withdrawls although not sure how accurate this info was that they gave me, as after tthis companies they said they weren’t now using were against future withdrawls on my accounts page. whether that is poor updating of their players accounts pages or they have reverted to using those companies again, I don’t know. I did also find, like yourself some of these withdrawls took longer than others.
I will also add there was a period when I was winning big a certain company tended to deal with the withdrawls, don’t know why. i was withdrawing large sums and depositing from alternative bank accounts of mine as I didnt want to spend from the bank account my winnings went into to, to avoid losing it all in a tilt session. When I finally did spend from that profit bank account my bank paid twice allowing unathorised overdraft as VS paid a large sum via bank transfer(not that I asked for it that way) and I redeposited via debitcard and by bank transfer(which to my knowledge, I didnt choose either). so the bank thought I had money in their that I didn’t and it took days to realise my account was now overdrawn so be very careful. The man at the bank I bank with basically admitted it was an oversight on their part but wouldn’t take responsibility for it and I had to find 2k to pay back.
