Good evening, has anyone had a withdrawal that hadn’t been paid out two weeks later from Videoslots and if so how did you get it resolved please?
I withdrew twice on the 29th May to my bank account and received an email saying they were both successful and then I went on later to see they both had been disapproved and the money returned to my account. I went on chat and they said it was a problem with the payment provider so I withdrew again in only one lot this time … I received an email saying it was successful yet I’m still waiting for it to reach my bank account.
I’ve been on chat and have contacted them via email and I have submitted my bank statement a few times to prove I haven’t received it. I had another withdrawal a week later and I received that one 3 days later when it used to be the next working day. Yet, I’m still waiting for the one from the 29th. I seen on a review site that others were experiencing the same issue around the same time frame.
To be honest I’m not sure why it is such a lengthy process, everything is computerised and it shouldn’t take this long for them to find out that it was not paid out.
Videoslots is my favourite place to play, they have everything and all the games I like to play except for DOND Megaways. Their customer support representatives are excellent, the withdrawals are super fast and this is the only time I’ve had a problem.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you.
14th June 2021 at 10:04 am #109221If there is a issue where the funds have been passed to your bank and then are not showing your side it may be a issue with you bank messing up as you have withdrawn after this fine. I would suggest contacting you bank as well. If they cannot help you need to chase videoslots as to why the money has not made it yet!

14th June 2021 at 7:53 pm #109230Yeah videoslots for all their issues ( rtp and such) from my experience I have to agree with you are pretty shit hot on the withdrawals, if you can I’d cancel the withdrawals sign up to PayPal or such and try withdrawing to that, PayPal is instantaneous so you don’t have to wait weeks at a a time to see what’s happening… ( of course you’ll have to jump hoops to get the PayPal active with them )

Yes, I asked my bank and they said it never reached them and my last withdrawal went through fine. I wish I could do Paypal but my country is excluded. And I will go onto Casinomeister and ask for help too. Thank you, it’s much appreciated 😊

I wouldn’t fret to much, if you’ve done everything above board ( no vpn or things like over wagering on a deposit for a bonus ) you should be fine ….vs is an alright casino,
