Hi all,
Just a query-is anybody having issues with VS withdrawals at the moment? On the 25th October I made a withdrawal which didn’t show up. I raised it with live chat who investigated it. However, long story short-I’ve since made 28 withdrawals amounting to just under 3k, but only 14 of them have come through. I’m on live chat every other day chasing these up. As of today, they have now refunded about 1k’s worth….but they refund it back to my account. Then-you guessed it-I withdraw again and I start the process all over!
There’s surely a root problem there between World Pay and my account, but they just say ‘oh these things happen and we sort them out’…but they take about a month to sort it out and I’m going around in circles. Just wondered if anybody else is suffering this same pain, and is there an authority I can go to other than VS live chat to get this investigated!?
Thanks!
Stu2nd December 2021 at 4:20 pm #111385Yikes! If it was one I could accept the “these things happen” but 14 out of 28 is an awful statistic. If half the time you deposited they actually didn’t take the money from your account it would be investigated immediately and fixed!
Maybe @seedy could have a word with Bandit and ask if he’s got a contact at VS? That would be useful. There used to be a VS rep floating about on the forum but they appear to have disappeared

Don’t think Bandit has any contact for something like banking as it is very user specific normally though VideoSlots do sort there problems out.
3rd December 2021 at 9:07 am #111388I can’t fault them for their help, the Live chat people are always very helpful and understanding but it seems all they can do is check where it’s at…they can’t do much else. It seems to be investigated by VS, then World Pay, then both together, then I get a refund but it takes about a month!
I’ve just had four refunded, but one was missed…I’ve emailed and they are saying that particular withdrawal was disapproved, but it never found its way back into my account. Seems they are having problems and I seem to be the one suffering!Good call about PayPay Seyakram, I may try that. Only thing that worries me is if I have to go through source of wealth etc again!

I think if they was going to source of wealth they would have done already mate so hope they don’t now. this seems like there has been a screw up with VS and WorldPay and they cant decide where the problems starts I’m sure it will get rectified.
4th December 2021 at 8:23 am #111393yeah to echo what seedy says, for all the bullshit rtp levels and such my experience of vs withdrawal wise has always been quick and clean… there’s always been the odd story about issues, but since I’ve been on them I’ve had 2 problems, amd one of them was a source of Wealth thing….
8th December 2021 at 4:40 am #111421I’ve had a few withdrawal problems with VS and they always sorted it out. I withdraw to my bank and it used to be thru Ayden now it’s Worldpay. Via Ayden I would receive the next business day but thru WorldPay it is 2-3 days later however the conversion is a lot better. I’ve only ever had problems with WorldPay and I think it was cause my withdrawals were the same amount. After 3 weeks and daily screenshots showing I had not received it in my bank they refunded back to my VS acc. Now when I withdraw I add the cents in to make it noticeably different. Wish I could use PayPal. Don’t worry they will fix it.
8th December 2021 at 9:44 am #111422Yes, they are finally sorting it out, but if I hadn’t raised the issue it would have been completely overlooked, which isn’t right. I’ve now had £1500 refunded, just waiting on the last £1k. Agreed-it’s definitely World Pay that is the problem. But the investigation process takes far too long. And to have 16 withdrawals out of 30 fail is, in my opinion, not good enough. Even if they eventually pay…you have to start the ball rolling to get money back that is rightfully yours…
1st January 2022 at 3:21 pm #111545I’ve had this problem several times throughout 2021 and withdraw to my debit card now (visa transfer). It happened to me three times and they gave me the same responses as you “these things happen”. Only when I checked trust pilot and other forums – these things were happening to lots of people. Despite what they say about investigating it – they never do and never change processors (i.e., worldpay) despite ongoing issues. I figure they’ve chosen the cheapest option (re: processor) and you get what you pay for – and they don’t care. This is just one of the issues I’ve had with VS over the past year that has led me to closing my account.
It will keep happening and take weeks to sort out. You will have to find an alternative withdrawal method sorry. Good luck.
2nd January 2022 at 8:07 pm #111548Cheers Taysh-I’ve done as Seyk recommended and switched to PayPal. Getting it setup was painful, but after a month it’s now my ‘first out’ method and works perfectly. It’s in my PayPal account within minutes and then my bank a few minutes later…wish I’d done it sooner.
I’ve been waiting on five withdrawals totalling just under 2K since the beginning of December which I withdrew the old way-to Visa debit. It’s good to hear that plenty of other people are experiencing this (in a way!) as I thought it was just me Worldpay had an issue with…I’ve had about 40 withdrawals go missing since Mid October!
5th June 2024 at 10:43 am #140977I have deposited on video slots a lot mostly lost over the years added new cards though Apple Pay now i have won some money 200 pound can’t seem to withdraw it even tho the card I used is verified and my address and id they want me to prove the cards that I have lost or destroyed how can i possibly verify the cards when I don’t have them they seem to keep messing me about I don’t know what to do next seems like there giving me the run around just to not pay out
6th June 2024 at 7:02 am #141008Thought I’d chip in here as this is something I know quite a bit about!
There can be problems with ApplePay as the it uses a token ID rather than your card number, you can see this in your wallet if you tap on the card. If you use ApplePay in the supermarket and check your receipt, it will show the last 4 numbers of your token ID rather than your card.
Casinos prefer you to withdraw to a card where you have net losses before withdrawing to a new card. This is for their protection against chargebacks (although fraud is unlikely with ApplePay) – if they can demonstrate that all withdrawals have been made to a certain card, they can offset this against what’s being claimed and represent the chargeback.
Problems do arise when a card expires as they don’t have sight of this – adding another card to your phone generates a new token ID which is great for deposits but casinos want to mitigate any potential losses by verifying this before allowing you to withdraw. But withdrawing to an expired token ID shouldn’t be a problem as it can still link to the new card for a period of 6-12 months, although you can’t use it to buy anything.
The main reasons for this security is to cover the following scenario.
1 – Joe Bloggs opens an account, he deposits £10 on card ending 1111
2 – Joe Bloggs finds a card on the street ending 9999 in the street, he keys the details into his casino account and deposits £1000
3 – the following day, he withdraws the £1000 to his card ending 1111.
4 – Joe closes his account, runs away and is never seen again.
5 – Casino receives a chargeback for the fraudulent £1000 that the owner of card 9999 didn’t make.
6 – Casino is unable to defend and losses the £1000. Joe is £1000 richer and probably enjoying a nice pint in the pub with his new found wealth.

I’ve had this before-I really don’t see the point of that particular verification, but I needed to do it for LeoVegas a few years back. You need to contact your bank and ask them for a letter confirming that the card with the particular number they are asking for was yours. I did it, it was a massive ballache, and then six months later Leo did it again for another card that was defunct. Since then I haven’t played there, I havd a to-and-fro with their online chat ending in me closing my account with them.
