yesterday he received an email after not playing there since the ban a couple of months ago, the email said they had put in a £138 with 1x wagering and was allowed on live casino games, he shown me the email as I didn’t believe it… 10 minutes later he had won up to £400 on live blackjack and withdrew the lot.
the money hit his account this morning. Has anyone experienced bonuses like this before? A few months back around Christmas time I know he played on the account quite a bit as it was the only one he kept open for the crazy bonuses, but never depositing a massive amount to warrant such big bonus amounts. The account is also £750 in profit since opening so it’s not as if he’s lost lots and they want to get him playing silly again! Do you think this could have been a mistake on their part or is this normal for the casino?
