I’ve noticed a few UK streamers using sites (such as Stake), which are restricted in the UK.
I asked in the chat if it’s legal to use a VPN to access these sites, and i was assured it was legal.
Anyone know if this is true?
20th February 2021 at 2:22 pm #107430There will be terms in the agreement with the casino which forbid access via VPN. No matter what rubbish they say ??
Don’t do it, you’ll only lose any winnings ?
20th February 2021 at 2:58 pm #107431You could check the affiliates, if they do have an affiliated casino and its on the restricted site, and the streamer is uk based using vpn it’s probably because they won’t be getting wirthdrawls anyway( depending on their deals )
if no affiliation then what Xbox says….lots use it, and lots will say and have said it’s fine on here, but if you’re caught you’re fucked…….
21st February 2021 at 7:07 pm #107466I feel I will disagree with every post from seyahkram1977 and xbobmad. Just shills spreading nonsense
If you think using a VPN is a justification to refuse a withdrawal, you are mistaken. Casinos are NOT THE LAW. Just because it MIGHT say so in their T&C does not make it law in the United Kingdom
Every antivirus and internet security suite has a built-in VPN and if you listen to these clowns, you are not allowed to protect yourself if you use a casino. False. Fake news. I have asked the experts at several gambling sites and guess what? YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH A VPN IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE
What you are not allowed to do is use a VPN to circumvent the LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, not the laws of the casino
Laws of casino? ENTIRELY WORTHLESS with zero authority
Laws of country? The authorities, literally

Sigh….casinos have every right to set terms and conditions, if their terms prohibit vpn or use of for playing ( for example to make sure your are not a uk player bonus buying because your Wolverhampton laptop says your in Malta ) or your proof of address says leeds but your machine is in Canada …since you clicked their terms and gone against their terms( you clicked to agreed)….. you know a contract …..then yes … yes they can block your withdrawal as you’ve gone against the agreed play parameters , they can’t verify you or the product you are buying is available to you based in your resident country, and then when they check, because you know they might do, and that’s what you should be wrong people that they might do since casinos are pushed to clean their shit up, you say “ ohhh sorry my vpn was on when I won that £1000 on a bonus buy, but look here is my bank statement from Oldham “ I’d think you’d have very little legs to stand on….when they realise Oldham isn’t in Malta …….or is that just me ????… I’m not sure why you’re even disagreeing with the basics……….these cunts will cut your knees off if you “accidentally “ raise a bonus stake 1p above their stated agreed bonus stake…
And ps a “shill” is someone who cons people into losing money which is what you’re doing , I’m pretty sure we are telling them to not do it so they don’t lose money
21st February 2021 at 9:05 pm #107471I can’t be bothered even putting a proper reply. You have terms and conditions. They will tell you all you need to know, if unsure contact casino directly and ask them.

Definitely a ghost of another poster on here from a while ago. Can’t place who though
22nd February 2021 at 9:02 pm #107494Thanks for the replies guys.
As a little update, the casino I mentioned (Stake) actually encourage players to use a VPN to access their casino, so I guess it depends on the casino.
Interesting to use their sign up bonus offers to try and make some £, or I guess it would be € lol.
22nd February 2021 at 9:35 pm #107495Cool, you did you, if it works great, just remember( forget all the other noise above ) that the casino has no licence to be operating in uk, so of course it wants you “ come out of the hole” so to speak, if there’s an issue there’s nothing anybody can do, as ukgc has no reach, and have a look at the other threads on here about casinos working out of curacao,
even if you use a vpn, a verification will have to happen, so it’ll be interesting to hear what they say regarding that “ yeah vpn great” but when I loaded their site I got a warning saying I couldn’t play on their site from the uk because of licence….sooo one cancels the other …..
but you’re a grown man, just way it up, we don’t want to see anybody on here getting fucked by a casino so be safe and have fun…..

22nd February 2021 at 10:13 pm #107497Don’t play the site. If you are not on gamban/stop then there are literally hundreds of casinos regulated by the UKGC you can play on. Like xbob has posted it’s clearly against T&C’s and don’t listen to what Mr shill has to say about laws and bullshit. If they don’t pay you, who will you go too? The UK police? The UKGC? Nobody is gonna help you, maybe Mr shills “expert” friends will help you. Wouldn’t rely on that though.
23rd February 2021 at 5:01 am #107498I use Stake regularly on a VPN. The have told me in chat it’s okay.
I have had 3 withdrawals so far to my binance account (using XRP) and its been instant. Haven’t even needed to verify the account.
I did need to verify my binance account though to buy crypto.
So much better than UK licensed casinos as it has turbo spins and bonus buys and also sport betting which is awesome!

Ahahaha I’ve heard of Christopher B in youtube comments. I’m assuredly not that person although I do agree Chip is a fake money player
But seriously the T&C of casinos are not the law. Anyone who says they are the law obviously works for a casino, or is a shill. I mean you can dispute that and claim you’re just an idiot, but either way, the shill/player ratio in here is awfully high
