[surcusion12 WANTED $12 Outlaw]

So this morning I got a letter saying my ESA has been stopped. Reason failing to turn up to a capability for work assesment,

Yes I failed to turn up,   I live on an island where sometimes the weather stops or diverts the ferries going to the mainland, Also the letter for the appointment never appeared on my doorstep, It was me who phoned to find out when my next appointment was only to be told I had missed it.    I SUBMITTED the reason for not going IE cancelled ferries and the letter not actualy turning up.   Declined so that’s Christmas gone. For me and the family,  wife is devestated to say the least, kids have fuck all now. All due to some pen pusher.  I don’t know where to go or turn, I have asked for a Mandatory reconsideration to be made and if that fails it will be appealed but until then I have nothing,   it’s not just the ESA it’s everything that’s been stopped, housing benifits, council tax support. I’m done don’t know what to do anymore.

Nightmare that mate, if its any consolation Im working all Christmas wont get to see my son and to top it off, I have fuck all either…

I’ve got 6 kids , and we do the vouchers all year so we get a thousand pound in November,  can’t risk Xmas on one payment . Anything could go wrong .

So did you get a letter or not? You missed an appointed due to cancelled ferries of an appointment you didn’t know you had? Don’t talk shit

Its not shit lol I phoned on the 21st to ask when my appointment was and they said it was on the 19th two days earlier and i knew already that the ferries had been cancelled that day.

All i wanted was someplace to have a little vent. I am not asking for handouts or money or anything. Fuck posting here again if this is the utter crap you get thrown back at you. Yes i posted in october last year so what? I didnt ask for help then either with money. And still dont want help just an ear to listen that was all. Thanks for the support guys around of applause for you all.
