A video I saw on YT about a man on a lucky streak :
A man goes into a casino and wins. No accusation of cheating, no hint of one either. Just genuine luck.
Week after week he comes out of the casino in profit. Then out of the blue, he gets a phone call from an exec of the casino. “You are welcome to visit, but are banned from playing.”
How is that even legal ? – I’ll find the video at some point.
125th January 2019 at 12:47 pm #42703I’m not sure it is legal unless they could prove he’s using some method to gain his wins surely a court would rule in favour of the man?
25th January 2019 at 12:47 pm #42705It’s always been a grey area that subject. I dont think it’s illegal as the casino operates the right to choose who does/doesn’t enter their premises. Bookies are the same, if they think your connected to any particular racing stable then they will impose stake limits in no time. I remember an independent bookie in Dorset had his lights turned out when a local stable had thousands riding on their mount at Cheltenham. Daft cunt didn’t lay off the money and ended up broke.

125th January 2019 at 1:02 pm #42714Is it not up to the casino who they let in . I’m sure there some rule same with nightclubs .
125th January 2019 at 1:21 pm #42720Sure, along the lines of “we reserve the right” notices. Seems to me a string of luck really ruins the industry when they shoot themselves so easily (publicly) in the foot. You can literally lose everything you own but god forbid you win everything they own (yea right). What a scam.
125th January 2019 at 1:30 pm #42724Only been in one casino in my life, It was at 11pm on a Friday night in Glasgow, I was expecting entertainment with a little gambling on the side, instead I got a room full of Chinese people gambling the nights takings away barely breathing a word to each other. I was expecting Caesars Palace ???

It is mate!, checked Grosvenors T&C’s and they basically state that it’s their decision who steps foot into their casino.

Fuck, he’s probably got more money than the casino.
25th January 2019 at 1:39 pm #42729The casino is being a bit off shit bag . If it’s just a lucky streak keep him coming bk. That’s the only way there gonna get there money bk
25th January 2019 at 2:27 pm #42721Unless they’re still using the old shoe system and Dana is counting cards, I’m surprised they banned him. Blackjack is a house game, and sooner or later that winning streak will end. Banning him just doesn’t make sense unless they believe something dodgy is going on.
And yep, not illegal. They can ban whoever they want from playing.
25th January 2019 at 3:27 pm #42750Maybe he had a lucky bracelet on. They should of said take it off and you can come back in. ?
25th January 2019 at 3:37 pm #42754A man ? Think he is now banned from a few casinos for winning and I read he has taken the ufc out of the casino. To piss them off, I’m sure that was a massive night for the casino. Stupid to ban him it shows that they don’t want winners. Winners are bad for business
25th January 2019 at 6:12 pm #42828Casinos do this all the time it’s written into the T&C when you sign up stating they don’t have to give a reason for closing an account. They did this to RocknRolla a few weeks back he won 20k on roulette then recieved an email saying his account has been closed. Scum bags, don’t mind taking your money do they but the moment you start winning…BAM!
