Ive been trying to withdraw some cash but it seems this casino are doing everything possible to stop it happening…  I decided that im going on a break from the gambling so the last casino i was on, i thought id send as many docs as possible so they cant moan and they pay out and i have a xmas free from gambling, so i sent, photo id, a pic of me holding the photo id, a bank statement, a bill, a pic of my visa card, back and front and signed, even my birth certificate and a pic of me with my birth certificate…  isnt that all i need?  But in the chat, this is what they said…

I know ive been in lockdown for almost a year but whats this Power Of Attorney shite?

looks like they need proof of adress,just login to you banking online print Statment or any other bill you got save it on PC and send it,I send my virgin media bill on PDF never had problem just make sure is not old then 90 days

First thing i did was send them a statement from about 4 weeks ago and a bill from the 9th Nov!! and they keep saying we sent you an email with instructions, only email they sent was deposit now and get 20 free spins…    We need a decent casino, i said this before, we need a Bandit, Rolla, Hypa Casino…  that would be awesome 🙂

Haha, buggers, i had another moan at them and then an hour or two later, k-ching, all but 50 euros were in my bank..  I left 50 so i could have one last go, and i managed to get it to 100 euros and now i cashed that out, so all is well…  now i can order a 8TB SSD and close the account and can try and not gamble for a few months…

lol my cashout got stuck on Rizk they ask me for Sow all my doc are with accountant till end of jan 2021 end of tax year cant get cashout lol,I give up playing on UKGC licence open account on Malta licence no limits
