Ok so i had a £2 cash prize on the sky vegas prize machine. I then spun ragin rhinos for one spin and won £70 (lucky i know) i then went and played a few other games and to cut a long story short i ended up with £150. I decided to cash out. i get a phone call from them today saying they are reversing the payment due to Bonus abuse. What do i do?
13th September 2018 at 10:34 pm #18710Bonus abuse from a £2 cash prize, jeez they are getting tight! How exactly did you complete the wagering? Like for example, if you just stuck money on red and money on black in roulette, they class that as bonus abuse – other than something like that, not sure how they can say that for a bloody £2 cash prize!
13th September 2018 at 11:27 pm #18717Online casinos really are very fickle with this bonus abuse nonsense. As Bandit said, often if you spend (nearly) the whole bonus on blackjack or red/black type bets to inflate the bonus, many casinos consider this “abuse”. It’s so ridiculous as their definition of you abusing a bonus is by playing games that STILL have a house edge…
I genuinely turned a £20 888Casino Birthday bonus into £1,000 a couple of weeks ago. I was fully expecting them to reject the withdrawal as I started off on blackjack, but they didn’t! Mad as they are renowned for doing it over there, was so happy.

Yeah I got banned years ago at sky, took no deposit bonus lost, they then email a code or a link I forget which, used that next minute account locked after I won like 100 gbp .could of argued that it was not listed in tos but they would have found it somewhere.
Stupidest ban I had was off the virtual casino group, wish i had looked at casino mister before I played at vg
They claimed I made 328 accounts in one day and they banned me withheld my cashout and deposit .I asked at 15 minutes a time to create the account do they propose I did this ..
18th October 2018 at 9:30 am #21346when i gambled not once did i get involved with bonuses. too many conditions attached. if i credited a hundred bunged it on number 10 and 3600 came in i wanted to be able to walk away. not have loads of terms flashed before me saying nothing could be cashed out. no thank you.
18th October 2018 at 11:48 pm #21390Any bonus you get just be sure to check all terms, like excluded games/max bet…if no terms are broken and they try to withhold it,go to IBAS or whoever the sites judicator is,only play casinos that are under UK law and the gambling commision.
19th October 2018 at 11:50 am #21399I almost never take bonuses, because I regard them a monopoly-money I’ll never be able to withdraw. It’s very rare that you can actually get £4k wagering out of £100 and if you can, you’re luckier still if there’s any of it left at the end. Casumo bonuses are good for slots though; you can stake up to £5 a spin on most games with a bonus balance and they proportion it so every spin is a weighted mix of your real cash and bonus funds. This means if you win big and haven’t completed the wagering, you can still withdraw most of the win by just forfeiting the remaining bonus part.
