lets face it we all wish for that huge jackpot hit but what would you actually use the money on other then cars houses and holidays me other than the things ive just mentioned ide love to donate to my local hospital ive always said ide do it if given the chance in two days time 10 years ago myself and mrs lost our baby son and while going through a horrific time the nurses on the maternity unit gave us whats called the rainbow room now it doesn’t sound much but it felt like a self contained flat it was a room just off the delivery wards and although nothing in the world can make that time any less painful it gave us privacy and it felt like we was away from that white washed bleached ward and happy new parents ects its the last thing you need to see or be around i noticed there was only 1 rainbow room and ide would love to be able to donate enough even its just one more room i know the importance that a room can provide for the family going through a horrible time
113rd June 2019 at 9:29 am #67867Sorry for your loss dude, couldn’t think of anything worse 🙁
if I were to win big I would help friends and family out and try and start my own business.
113rd June 2019 at 10:03 am #67868Sorry for your loss, thats a great idea though.
If I were to win big enough to be able to give some away after family have been sorted, I’d want to open up a shelter for homeless animals.. just a massive house they can all live in happily Haha. I would also want to invite all the people alone at Christmas to our house, or somewhere where they can all have a Christmas meal in company. It’s hard enough cooking enough for 3 people so I’d have to hire a chef ?. I’d also want to donate some to Endometriosis UK as they helped me a lot.. and I’d go round the whole of South Yorkshire.. or further if I could get help to donate clothes and tents to the homeless 🙂

thanks winningbird yeah thats sounds really good i love animals especially dogs ive rescued a few in the past such a good cause and the getting the people alone at xmas for a meal and chat would be great imagine how grateful they would be but yeah chefs might be the best way there would be 100s wanting to come the feeling of helping the less fortunate would be a huge buzz knowing you’ve helped ive always wanted to make survival bags for the homeless and deliver them and talk to the homeless but im currently agoraphobic so not able to atm but defo something ide love to do in the future the other thing i always wanted if i had enough was to buy a plot of land build a few house on and move the family in no rent water rates council taxs for them to pay ide foot the bill

223rd June 2019 at 3:44 pm #67955thank you haz and yes its been ten years and ive accepted it and moved on with my life but no will never forget you only have to be in a certain place or hear a certain song and your right back there at that moment and yes trust rspca and pdsa ide love to help them in a big way especially pdsa as they have helped me and my dogs in the past their was one occasion i had taken in a English bull terrier and she was in a bad way i tired to get her a vet appointment the first day but was fully book so had to wait 3 days when i go her there i pointed her nails out they where that bad two of them curled around and embedded into her paw while half way through cutting them he slammed the cutters down and ballooned at me how i let this poor girl suffer like this usually ide be arguing back but i was taken back be his genuine care and well being for the dog i used private vets up to this point and not all but most its the money there interested in and with him about to explode the reception came and an explained i just rescued the dog and been trying to get her in for 3 days he was full of apologizes but i couldn’t be angry with him i told him any other time ide of jumped him but because i seen the love he had for the animals he was working for i simply couldn’t i only had the pleasure of her for 14 months and sadly had to put her to sleep

In regards to the topic…. I would change my life 🙂
116th June 2019 at 3:03 am #68403well I have won £20kplus multiple times and always spunked it all away. its not about the money at a certain point its about my mindset and surrounding factors- “friends”, pressures , time and mood.

If you won 16 mil then I’m sure there’d be enough volunteers on here to come over to Malta and have a circle jerk on it with you ??
