Has any one been on ” Wizards slots” I deposited on there and won some money tried to withdraw. For them to tell me I need to verify my account I need to send the documents to a email, so I did and this on the 27th of march they dont have a live chat so you can only go back and fourth on email it took days to get verified and I tried to withdraw £550 on the 3rd of may they said it can take up to 72 hours for it to hit your bank, I’ve been checking the website like a hawk over the last few days and it still been saying pending. I went on today and the money was back In my account. So after nine days of it pending it’s gone back on the site and I’ve tried to email them and got nothing back, so I tried to withdraw and it’s no longer letting me its saying you have to contact customers support and verify your account which I’ve done twice already, it feels like I’m going around in a massive circle and now starting to get very frustrated with the website. Any help would be much appreciated as it’s a nice bit of money to withdraw.
I know it was a long one but thank you for who ever takes the time to read it.
11th May 2020 at 11:16 pm #98026im getting a little bit sick and tired of constantly reading about people’s struggles to get their money they win fsir and square paid out to them! how long can casinos get away with this!? surely the gambling commission or the government or whoever it is has to step in soon and sort this out! imho all the checks should be done and dusted before we are even allowed to deposit
I really hope u get your money paid out mate
1112th May 2020 at 12:24 am #98033There are protections in place for UK players thanks to regulation. First step is to send them an email telling them you’ve verified your account in accordance with their procedures and they have 24 hours to process your withdrawal as previously requested or you will escalate it to a formal complaint. Next step if necessary is to follow through on that and send another email stating it is now a formal complaint. They will have some number of weeks to respond (I forget) at which point if they have not resolved the issue to your satisfaction, you request an alternative dispute resolution service is brought in. Every UK licensed casino will state somewhere on their site (usually at the bottom of every page with all the logos etc.) who their ADR is. See https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/for-the-public/Your-rights/Alternative-dispute-resolution.aspx

1114th May 2020 at 1:23 pm #98205I’m going to have to look into this mate as they dont have a live chat so you can only email them. They take days to respond. They keep saying your account has been verified you can now withdraw it will take up to 72 hours. So you wait the 72 hours and then they say oh sorry we need you to re-verify your account and I’ve done this three times now. Starting to get very frustrated as it’s not a huge sum of money but it’s my second biggest win.
14th May 2020 at 1:29 pm #98206It’s becoming so stressful mate. Still not received it. It’s still saying pending and giving me the option to reverse it.
