It’s probably the opposite for me. I think of the ones that’s done me. After playing slots in arcades then hearing songs on the radio. Makes me shudder thinking about it. Elvis songs, boogie nights and even slots from years ago such as another one bites the dust. Best one was always super streak which would play the superman theme song. It used to give you a right buzz when you got the feature. ?

Sometimes i could get that engrossed in a slot a bomb could go off and i wouldn’t hear it. So never really thought of playing music while slotting. Bandit should probably listen to anything from KINGS of leon or the REAL thing.??

I can remember the days in the local amusements back in the 90’s. All you could hear was the soundtracks of various machines fighting against each other. You could always hear Miami Dice, Andy Capp and Las Vegas Strip blasting away as you walked in. Rollercoaster and Hyper Viper were quite loud too. These machines had character and were fun to play unlike the boring shite they churn out now. They did play music in the amusements but I never really noticed it as you were concentrating on the gameplay. ?

My Dad had ran a pub for about 10 years and he always had 2 machines in the bar. I remember the tunes on the Monty Python and the Cluedo machines were good too. He had a Maverick machine in once and it was so loud but he replaced it with probably my favourite machine ever….Casioncrazy! ?

I loved Casino Crazy Club machine & 250 Jackpots as you could tell when it was due to payout ??? By paying around a £75 win the Jackpot was due not long after, if you were playing it and it went for the £75 you would refuse it and take a £1 win.. Next board or 2 was usually Jackpot ?

Since we’re talking about fruits (AWPs as opposed to digis), I liked the music/sounds from:

    Let the Good Times Roll

    Never Mind the Jackpots

    Super Star

    Trivial Pursuits

    Rocky Horror Show

    Luxor

    Rocket Money

Bling King Crazy / Gimme Gimme Gimme

    Back to the Features

    The Rat Pack

Madness / The Italian Job 2

    Supernova

I’m a Celebrity get me of of here

I can’t think of any likeable AWPs released in the past 10 years though.
