It’s the policy of White Hat Gaming.

Withdrawals are pending for upto 48 hours, and are then processed.

It seems to apply to each site they operate.

it doesn’t appear to be a hard and fast rule though: on one occasion, my withdrawal was processed within an hour of request.

    Kind regards

I’ve had the 4×4 symbol once in a bonus… the payout was insane (£300+ on a 20p stake).

Have also had it roll in casually in the game. Payout again quite insane, £140 odd for a 20p stake.

It’s certainly a pig to bonus but one it hits, it hits… hahah

Been there. Also been a White Hat Gaming VIP, not that it brought any real advantages.

Sky / Bet365 / Videoslots / Casumo – never had any significant issues with any of these.

To be fair I think I’ve only had one major withdrawal issue ever, and the casino in question went into administration. (Cost me a grand, but you live and learn).

Hi – withdrawal will remain pending for upto 48 hours, after which they’ll process it.

I’ve found sometimes it’s sooner.. I’ve never had it later.

I tried it. I took the maximum bonus, and for slots that have a 98.5% rtp I had such an absolutely piss-poor run I never went back.

My stakes weren’t particularly high; and in several hundred spins I returned essentially nothing.

I found more entertainment in the In Touch Games sites like Mfortune. And that’s saying a lot. 🙁

GVC offer Gamban free through any of their online casinos.

A years access for nothing. Hope it helps.

Playtech has a requirement in its licence that they have a dedicated tab for their games. You can see this on Betfair, SkyCasino, Ladbrokes, Coral and others.

The parent company is ceasing operations within this sector.

Bear Gaming was sold by Gaming Realms to River iGaming in February, and it appears they can’t make enough money from it.

I agree, not the best casinos; but also probably not the best indicator for the new year given upcoming legislation within the UK.

Great hit, bet you was excited as hell when a 20 quid feature hit. Enjoy the holiday. Where is it you are going?

    Excitement/shock hahaha.

America. One of my ‘happy places’. I’m gonna be touristy in Los Angeles, then go across to San Francisco.

I’ve had the Age of the Gods jackpot twice.

Both times the lowest value pot.

First time triggered at £40 on Age of the Gods Roulette

Second time trigger at £4 on the same.

Looks like it can potentially trigger at any time; it’s just a case of if it’s your turn; then it’ll trigger for you 🙂

In a word.. no. If they’ve advised on the bet, and accepted the bet once you’ve placed it; it’s a struck bet.

Only exception would be for palpable errors (obvious errors); and as a boost from 5/2 to 3/1 doesn’t seem to be an obvious error.

Call their Customer Support team; and raise it.

Perfectly normal. I speak from experience – I won £16,800 from a £2 spin at William Hill some years ago. Took about three weeks to get the funds.

In the end, it went for.. £472.30 on a £4 stake.

I deposited £300, did 300 spins at £1, then raised the stake to £4 before considering whether to redeposit or not.

As it turned out, I made a profit; so withdrew £400.

But.. just over 118x. I’ll certainly consider whether or not to get caught be the swarm in future.

If you’ve moved, are work able to assist with a travel loan? This is something that my company offers. If they understand your full circumstances, they may advance it so you can.. well.. get there.

If you have a local food bank, they might be able to assist with food.

Alternatively, if it’s for a short period of time, perhaps family can assist?

    regards

Looking at the potential of the game, i’m going to say 12,000x.

The game then glitched, and zeroed your balance.
