McDonalds have used music for a long time in different ways – faster beats when the shop is busy to make people eat faster and pplaying classical music in outlets with rowdy crowds to try and calm them down. Subliminal messaging has been around for a long time.

I remember years ago the USA got into big trouble for it for putting subliminal messages in films to try and get people to join the army when the numbers where short. Will try and find the article when I get off this conference call.

No it’s not normal and the police where wrong to evict you depending on the terms of your lease.

Under UK law when you rent a room and have signed a tenancy agreement, you are protected under certain rights. Your landlord cannot just enter your room without giving notice unless you here is an emergency.you have a right to uninterrupted space.

I would need to see a copy of your lease mate to let you know the exact particulars and see exactly what entitlements you have.

I remember when I was first getting deployed to Afghan and my RSM told me don’t ever try and reason with anyone who is willing to die for what they believe in. He also said shoot first and blag the report later but that’s a bit harsh for this topic lol
