Welcome aboard mate! long time member from Airdrie. Have fun in the forum mate.

I won’t be there either – arguing with joker stars for 3 days now
Just a thought regarding this-doesn’t this massively benefit the Casino??… The slots played have effectively paid out this money but the casino hasn’t actually had to provide this cash to the winner but in the longer term, those slots will have to balance their RTP as they of course don’t know that the cash hasn’t been paid out.
Hope that makes sense
There might of been alot won on live roulette. He didn’t say how much.
Even if that’s the case, Redbet have effectively just won £11.5k using somebody else’s money. They will continue to make their expected profits from each game but now have £11.5K of essentially free money.
There is also the reverse of this though (I am not defending the casinos in anyway).
Let’s say he dropped 11.5k last night of hs own money. Then complains to the casino due to the multiple accounts issue (leave Mr green out of it for now). Technically you could have your losses refunded ask you shouldn’t have been there in the first instance.
11A lot of it was won on computer roullette, the thing is there is nothing malicious going on at all, the account hasnt been used in over 4 years, no sign of bonus abuse, i just got ridiculously lucky…..or unlucky as it may turn out! There must be something they can do? Would they potentially offer a settlement figure? Even that i wouldnt be happy about but i guess beggars and chosers etc
It will depend on how stringent they are over the multiple accounts mate.
If they believe you had no knowledge of the other account (I know you didn’t but its what they can see at there end) then they could void the previous account and have the one you created as a main account. Then we might have to deal with the Greene issue.
If they don’t believe you over the old account then it’s a case for ecogra to deal with but again it depends on a few factors. Realistically you would be going to them stating that funds have been confiscated due to a duplicate account you had no knowledge of.
This is why it’s really important to firstly get something off red bet stating exactly why they are not paying out. In the chats you have had they have stated both the self exclusion and the multiple accounts, which means that it would have to be fought on both fronts.
It will be a pain as red bet technically have a reserve argument so we need to find out what the main reason is and then fight that but also have a second argument for when they come back to you
Hope this makes sense
100% agree and funnily enough it’s the argument I’m using with pokerstars as the moment (so won’t be playing tonight). Red bet have it in their terms and conditions that any multiple accounts are subject to having funds confiscated.
If you were to copy my details then it’s easier to prove fraud as the ip address etc would be different so better grounds to fight it on.
Surely if they use the multi_account thing as a reason for not paying it makes no sense.
Cos you havent abused any bonuses or stuff. Its just a simple mistake.
It’s one of those casino technicalities again mate (which I know we both fucking hate) but if the account was in his name then he effectively has two account in the same name at the same address. Anything to get out of paying.
Ok so after a bit of digging and questioning the wife it turns out in 2014 she created an account with her email and phone number and put it in my name because she didnt think u were allowed 2 different names on a site with the same i.p. address, there has been no activity on that site since 2015 when she stopped gambling and i genuinely didn’t know, she fucked about with tenners and the odd 20 and never once won!! Unbelievable! Grounds for divorce? Quickly turning in to the worst day of my life
Is it not possible then to say. That had nothing to do with you. You didn’t give her permission and play ignorant and say how can I be punished for someone else opening an account in your name.
I could see this being a bit of a nightmare to be honest Haz,
The only way around it would be to prove that you had no knowledge of the account in your name, which could potential mean reporting it as a fraud so you could get the account removed permanently. Would all depend on the casino. I will put something together for dc to submit to red bet but it will all depend on their response. Also need to look at the Mr green part. Would hate to get point 1 resolved then they turn round and say well you excluded from green as well so we are not paying you.
Either way dc I think it’s going to take a while to sort out but we can only try
That puts a massive turn on it mate to be honest.
Effectively now you have 2 major issues.
1 – the exclusion from Mr green
2 – a duplicate account in your name from the same address
I will have a good read through the terms and conditions today but I think that the parent company has a lot of wiggle room on this one. Technically what your wife did is fraudulent (I am not for one second saying she did this deliberately) but now in the eyes of red bet you do have multiple.accounts
Don’t shout at me if I’m wrong, but I heard me green got bought out by the same company as redbet, but it runs under a different license so you can sign up to both of them..
It’s a fair point but sign ups and exclusions are different things.
You can sign up to all of the casinos under a license with no issues and take the bonuses etc. The sticking point is when you self exclude from one then you exclude from all casinos under the parent company. So for example in this case by excluding from Mr green you also exclude from red bet, mamma Mia bingo and others under the parent company.
It’s similar to banning yourself from a casino. If I exclude from my local genting, I can’t then go to genting in Manchester (if that makes sense lol)

Drop me a line at [email protected]</p>Thanks so much, there has been no mention of mr green yet, they seem to think its been a redbet account which i know for a fact i have never opened, if u could email them from me i would be eternally grateful! Il email you as much details as possible, im working now so would be after 5pm
No worries mate. They might not mention mr green specifically. As it all comes under the evoke umbrella, when they check they will just see that you have an account with evoke that has been excluded from. It’s a twat but will see what plan we can draw up
I think it’s shit to JB but all depends mate.
If he excluded for 5 years then he’s still in the exclusion period.
If the account wasn’t reinstated then he was still excluded from all evoke gaming sites.
I’m happy to draft a letter to ecogra for you mate – would just need some info from you but happy to send it you through email. Drop me a line at [email protected]
Would they have given the money back if he lost his deposit though? It seems like they’d be happy to take the money from a loss but then refuse to pay out for wins?
I guess if it was a ‘cooling off period’ from mr green they could have maybe kept the winnings in the red bet account until the period was up, I take it that can’t happen until the self exclusion is up or could that potentially be an option?
After the exclusion ends realistically you need to chat to an operator to get the account reinstated. Then you would be able to play again. They basically say that if you self exclude, your technically excluded from all sites under the evoke umbrella until you reinstate the account
If he had lost the 200, you would be technically able to claim this back as you shouldn’t be on there in the first place. Looks like that’s what they have done as they have refunded the original 200 and confiscated the winnings.
Got ya. Such a shame, especially after such a massive amount won too!! Hope something can get sorted but doesn’t look good
It’s shit mate it really is.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they refunded the 200 then closed the account.
Ecogra are pretty decent (like most adr’s) but as @ligarr correctly stated online chat can be useless as they don’t tend to always give the best advice.
The major sticking point with this will be the self exclusion from Mr greene
