Make a list of what you need to survive the month mate (bills, food, rent, fuel etc) then add a few quid on for unexpected emergencies. See if there is a family member or close friend who can help you out until payday. Don’t try and pay the whole borrow back on payday as it will fuck you for next month. Just be straight with who you approach and just say its for a couple of months but chip away at it over time.

Its shit that it happened mate its just one of those things. Its amazing how quickly it can spiral.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but it might be worth self excluding for a while or  using gamstop/gamban. Especially if you have just split with the Mrs. The added stress of a relationship break up can be a big trigger if your gambling.

Hopefully you will come out of it mate and be able to save the money back up. Whatever you do dont try and chase it.

Forum is always here is you need to vent mate – better than playing games especially if you have a lot going on and might spend silly amounts.

Bloody hell that was a lucky escape mate. I just know I was born a gambler. I’ll die a gambler. I’ll never stop completely. I just have to be a clever gambler by never having much money on me. Been on gamstop. Not going into town. Every year my target is to lose less than the previous year. Least that figure is 4 figures now and not 5.

Thats where I struggle mate to be fair. I used to limit the amount of cash that I took out but because of what I do for work its really easy for me to go to the office in Manchester and then having a last minute meeting crop up in London/Glasgow/Italy/Holland. Due to this I need my cards on me just in case.

I agree though it will never stop; usually i keep it in control but these two slips have concerned me a little as it is really out of character for me.

I watched a streamer get to the first birkin fight within 13 mins and restarted as wasn’t quick enough lol

If you store everythi g apart from the knife and only pick up key items you can get to the gun shop in just over 25 mins.
