I used to love playing in the arcades years ago but that was when the actual machines where pretty decent – Homers Meltdown, Homers Beerguide, Space Invaders, Jackpot and the Beanstalk, Casino Crazy, Crazy Fruits, Meet the Mod, Monopoly 60, Bonanza, Coronation Street; all decent games and I could spend hours on them without getting board.

Now they have all changed to golden games, party times, £2 a spin machines and then some cheeky twat sticks an ATM  in there that you have to pay to use.

I don’t go anymore mate but would love to visit a retro arcade. Something Ive been thinking of doing for a long time. Have all the old fruitys and arcade machines in (Mortal Kombat, House of the Dead, Silent Scope etc.)

Watched a few videos on this before. Can’t really see the appeal to be honest. Seams a lot of pissing sound to get to max and the bonus doesn’t seam great. Hopefully someone will throw a few decent videos of big wins up to show the potential

Yep the good old days. All changed now mate its gone soft. Get to wear trainers for beatings, cant shout at people anymore, to much health and saftey on live excercises. Shame really some of my funniest things ive ever seen where when I got to battalion. Made me the stable individual i am today hahahaha

On a twisty road mate I find that my Thundercat (600) outperforms my Ace (1000) simply because its lighter and easier to throw around. In a straight line the Ace is perfect for smashing down the motorway etc.

If you look at the TT times theres not a major difference between the lap times on the 600’s compared to the 1000’s and a lot of the pro’s prefer the 600’s for riding on “normal” roads

No worries, thought there must have been some misunderstanding lol.

One thing this forum does really well is help people when they are in trouble so no one would intentionally berate anyone in this situation………….unlike facebook. But I have my own views on that place which I know a fair few people on here share as well.
