It was much appreciated mate. Don’t usually touch the fobts just a mad moment of weakness. Managed to get out the shit and saw Napoleon and had a few quid over what I was withdrawing. Luckily hit bonus and paid ok but would have been sick if I had hit a wildline and it was capped at 500 compared to online hahaha

Used to sound a bit like the old 56k dial up modems hahaha.

It’s amazing now how we take for granted the ease in which a game loads up.

Used to wait 10 minutes to load up so we could play 2d characters moving across a screen. But it was good fun. I remember only having a black and white tv but if my dad was in a good mood we could stick it on the tv downstairs in colour. It was a big old bastards if a tv and if it broke the fella used to come and fix it – as long as he went to radio rentals every week and paid the finance on it. Good old days hahaha

@SweFjorod thanks for this. Is that why companies recommend always using their own chargers rather than cheap imports? I always thought it was a marketing scam but remember a couple of people died charging their iPhones and they dropped them in the bath. Turned out the chargers were shit Chinese imports that did not have the right cut offs in them???

No bs mate. I did check afterwards why it didn’t electrocuted me. It’s something to do with the difference between current and amps and the laptop charger. It was way above my knowledge but not something I will do again.

Even if you are at fault.mate it’s illegal for any company to make unauthorised deductions from your wages. And they would still have to go through a full investigation and disciplinary procedure even if you admitted you were at fault. My personal stance would be a calm and well presented fuck off and die.
