I didn’t realise you could deposit at BC with bank cards. Is that a recent addition? A couple of otther sites I use are definitely crypto only.
Yes, you need a crypto wallet to deposit and withdraw. You can buy crypto on site usually but it works out quite expensive.
I’d suggest getting used to crypto first, maybe watching some YouTube guides, so avoiding any potential mistakes.

i use a crypto wallet at crypto.com, i cashed out from casino and my funds arein my wallet, however when i go to withdraw said fuds from wallet to my bank it doesnt let me, it says i have to deposit first, but when i use my bank to deposit it says not allowed in UK

You should open a crypto friendly account (monzo or revolut for example) and transfer money from your main account just for crypto transactions.
