To add, if you are in the UK I would open a Kraken account. Gbp deposit is free and withdrawals only cost a fiver I think. All other sites will only allow debit card withdrawals and fees can be insane (£20 to withdraw 500 and £100 to withdraw 2500!

Sorry for the loss but this has to be inside job. Either the casino or one of your “friends”. They would need to login to your BC. GAME account to trigger the withdrawal. I must admit I hate that you have to manually add the withdrawal address every time. They should have it that they save the address and you have to authorise, even via email or sms, a new address.

Usdt cost ONE DOLLAR to send. His issue is that he uses crypto.com who use a third party to deposit gbp funds using a credit card which charges 3% hence 4k costing £120+. The rest is due to the atrocious gbpusd exchange rate.

I deposit for FREE to kraken. Costs 0.26% to convert to usdt and one dollar to send to casinos 4k costs just over £11. And did you see the video where he mentioned withdrawing 250k and paid 20k in fees!!!!!!

Hi Phil, easy one for you! Can you please ask Steve to read dome of the damn forum messages, or his twitter or YouTube. I’ve made about 20 attempts to help him resolve his issue with crypto fees. It costs me 10 bucks to convert 4k to usdt and another dollar to send it to game. It’s insane that he persists with the methods he uses because he’s too lazy (lol) to investigate. Then again he never reads slot instruction either lol. He can message me on twitter @peasonokay.

Craig I had exactly same issue. It’s a bug not something they introduced.. for example I send money from Kraken in Matic but can’t withdrawal back to Kraken as I get this same error (since June). I can however withdraw Matic to bybit and then send Matic from Bybit to Kraken and convert to GBP

Did you get this sorted? I’m on Kraken and have sent both USDT and Matic direct to BC dozens of times. I do seem to have an issue the other way and have to withdraw to bybit and then send from there to Kraken
