So. It seems BC finally updated their bonus terms. You only need KYC if you accepted a deposit bonus which I didn’t. To be fair to them I can see why they would do this.. if you remain anonymous you could simply keep opening account with different email and claim bonus time and time again.

I did ask a few days ago but nobody answered. HOW are you trying to withdraw? I deposited Matic and withdrew Matic same day no issues.

If you are trying to withdraw fiat then it might be a whole different story

Since Matic works, you could try using the bc swap function to convert your funds to Matic. Just get the paragon address from your exchange account.it only costs max 50c

Can you guys explain how you are being asked to verify. I did a withdrawal yesterday after depositing yesterday. I only had a 1x play through requirement. I’ve only ever submitted I’d via an email back in June/July so there was no online verification process to get round.

Note that legally you should be able to play with UK passport. My cousin still has his after 20 years even though he’s lived in Australia all that time

the rakeback thing may have been touch to achieve ($5 for every $2500 bet) but when you play a lot of roulette like i do its only about 40 spins. Hi Phil, I’ve read your previous response to questions about spins being 100% random and want to follow up on this because of two experienced I’ve had which seem to disprove that..

1. Take games like Bonanza, Temple of Treasure, Buffalo rising etc..All three of these behave the same way. all need four symbols for the feature. Take Bonanza where you have to spell G.O.L.D.

You play this for a bit, and G appears, then GO, Then you’ll get a win with GO and the L will drop in. then you’ll eventually get GOL and a tease for the D. Eventually it will drop in the D . It seems all very deliberate and doesn’t fit the 100% randomness you described.

Exact same with the other two dropping 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 diamonds/temples respectively.

 

2) games like wild swarm or Jammin Jars 2 where you accumulate bees/coins until you max out and then wait an extortionate amount of time for the feature to trigger. How can these be entirely random?

Swarm in particular is an enigma because it allows you to accumulate at 20p but still increase stakes to get the bonus

I self excluded last 2021 after my swarm got to 120 which was over a three month period. Trouble was I started it at £2 a spin and increased every 20 or so, so by the time it hit 120 I was doing £20 spins and going through my wages in 30 minutes. Would have needed 10k back to break even.insane. hence the exclusion.

These checks are insane now.  Grosvenor reduced my limit from £2000 to £200 after they refreshed my credit history and discovered I was no longer working. Contacted their safer gambling team and despite being able to prove £150 savings from redundancy and pension payout they didn’t care and I was given some bullshit that I shouldn’t use savings for gambling purposes. ! I waited two years before switching to crypto casino and once Bandit showed he was able to withdraw I took the plunge.

I was worried when my recent 12k withdrawal took 24 hours as previously smaller ones were done in under 15 mins. But they still paid out.

Would I switch? Probably not at the moment even though BC hosts are useless and they seem to ignore legal accounting practices that would be mandatory in UK or Europe (like can’t provide a list of all my deposits and withdrawals)

Also, I like the BC approach of playthrough cashback rather than these ridiculous 40-50x times your deposit ones on most sites.

I can guarantee one thing, if they accepted GBP fiat deposit and withdrawal that WOULD win me over but that’s very unlikely to happen

The biggest expense for Kraken is converting USDT or whatever to GBP which is 0.26%. this is high compared to other exchanges. I recently withdrew $12k in MATIC from BC which was free being a VIP, sent it to Bybit, (for some reason BC block withdrawal back to Kraken, some internal error) and after keeping some, sent remains from Bybit  to Kraken which cost 5CENTS and from Kraken sold Matic to GBP and withdrew the GBP for £1.95 Total cost for £7000 just under £20

Bybit trading fee is much lower at 0.1% but they don’t support GBP so I would have to use Swift and bank charges 1.75% conversion so no matter how hard I’ve tried I haven’t found a cheaper option than the one I use today
