Ok so here is my two pence worth.

 

been a gambler since the age of 10,

been watching Steve from the beginning (a retro vid might be an idea Bruce lee 60p stakes)

lost more then money due to gambling,

before I was on gamstop if I put one of Steve’s  vids on I couldn’t resist the urge to log in straight after(nothing to do with Steve that’s just my nature) if I saw anyone gambling I would want a go

Now under gamstop if I feel the need to go and play the Bookies i watch a vid and it takes the urge away somewhat,

When I had big losses I would watch the bandit and it took the depression away a bit as it was good to see someone win(although I do remeber that Barron spell Steve when you got fucked all month) if I recall you got battered every January and won all of February or maybe the other way round,

bonaza, 40/60p stakes can return some big wins, recently I have had  over 1000s x bet on this slot, and can give you good base wins to

dead or alive. 18/45 p stakes,lots of base wins most bonuses can be a twat but has the potential to pay you £1000s even on them stakes

you will get a reply within in a week saying they have received your complaint. You should do it via the company’s complaint section on your acount. Copy the email with the changes of your details, The templated email will also ask them to send you your loan history which they will, the generic response they send says we will get back to you with in 6 weeks. They should lock your loans while this is going on but not repot it on your credit score. They will reply to you within 6 weeks saying if they agree with you or not. If they agree they will offer you a settlement and if you except it usually within 10 days it is paid into your acount. So about 8 weeks in total, if they refuse they will tell you why and send a link to the financial ombudsman, follow the link and fill a complaint with them(attaché the email you sent to pay day companies and a brief discription of your complaint. You will receive a letter in a week or so from them acknowledging they are taking up your case, all of this is free and easy to do,If the pay day company ask you for bank statements simple say no I will pass them to the ombudsman if he requires them.  I wouldn’t bother with wonga as I am not excepting much back if anything. But doing this should give the time to sort your money out as you may still need to pay it back but maybe 6 months down the line with no extra interest.

 

The pay day compaines might then say they will not offer you anymore loans in the future which takes the temptation away.

Ok. A easy solution would be to type into google claim back pay day loans, you will find a templated email that you will need to change to your details, you send this to the pay day loan companies, basicly you are telling them that they shouldn’t have given you these unaffordable loans and you want to claim the interest back on all of your loans, don’t worry you spent the money on gambling as I will get to that. Also send it to companies you have had loans with but are no longer trading.

I did this and claimed back 2900 from payday express most of this was interest lost this company stoped trading years ago, lending steam paid 1200 back , sunny refused to pay but that is with the final ombudsman I had not outstanding loans with this company, quick I had a loan for 500 poind still outstanding they refused to pay so again this is with the financial Ombudsman The loan has been in a protected status for 8 months now meaning no interest Bering adddd to it and they will wait until they receive the findings from the ombudsman none of this will go onto your credit rating and this should give you breathing space to get the money together, Wong sent me an email saying they shouldn’t have give me a loans and offered me 1400 which I excepted but they went bust 2 days before they was due to pay me lol so not holding my breath on that. The IMO will take into acount you are an addicted gambler and if you tell them that you got these loans to feed your habit they should find in your favour.

This will get you out of your situation if you want any more help let me know and I will give you more details .

Ha bonanza does push you ho the edge. Some sites I played on take ages for the bonus to drop in then I play on other sites and it drops in regular. What I do find is the lower the steak the longer it takes to drop,
