Speaking of Novos, Book of Ra Magic has a tell on the tease if you’ve never noticed. Used to annoy the piss out of me because if 2 books landed I’d know straight away whether or not I was getting a feature. Quite simply if you see 2 books sail past on one of the remaining reels still spinning, it isn’t landing.
Pleased to see you give some(non-Reel King) Novos a bash like I’d requested, even if it wasn’t specifically for me I thoroughly enjoyed the video! Just a shame you didn’t stop there, you were doing well off them. Did much better on Pharaoh’s Tomb than last time I played it, dunno if you remember but I posted a thread a while ago now about how it had given me a retrigger for about 20 solid spins with everything upgraded and still managed to not pay anything. I’m still half expecting to hear you topped Reel King for silly money after getting home but we’ll wait and see!
@Green2711 it’s difficult in practice for casinos to automatically prevent you breaching the max stake with bonus funds due to a level of disconnect between the game on the provider’s server and the casino – they can only supply one balance. So yeah the player just has to be aware of what they’re doing.
11I love that “people don’t want to see a ballsack” actually had to be clarified 😀
1I think it’s worth remembering these incidents are very rare against the number of people withdrawing amounts both small and big from casinos every day. I gambled online at a dozen casinos for 3 years before I recently self excluded and never once had a problem getting my money from any of them, nor did I ever have my account verification take longer than 24 hours. A non exhaustive list of casinos I’ve used include Casumo, Videoslots, Energy, Redbet, Risk, Guts, Mr Green and LeoVegas.
This isn’t entirely the casino’s fault. It’s part of some fairly new and stringent regulator rules called Know Your Customer. These require casinos to verify – once deposits and account activity reach a certain level – where a player’s income is coming from, usually in the form of bank statements and wage slips.
Let’s not assume this is a glitch in the game; plenty of us have tried and failed to top that ladder, the game may well still overall be performing normally.
I do it quite often tbh mate, always playing at mates houses for example so i doubt it would be that, they specifically said they want my big wins checking with the provider which is a bit shit really eh
Okay so yeah it does smell a lot like they think your repeated Reel King success might be some kind of bug or glitch and they want confirmation the game is functioning properly and your winnings are the result of legitimate random outcome. I’d imagine if they think there’s even a possibility of a problem on the provider’s side which means the game is consistently losing against it’s agreed long term RTP, they will pass the stats over to Greentube and ask them to investigate.
You were unlucky they weren’t arranged to make a winline for an extra 500x.
This is interesting. I don’t think they’re trying to screw you out of the money @thebandit but one of these two possibilities is likely:
1. You’ve won so much profit on Reel King at Videoslots that they are now seriously investigating whether it could be the result of a software glitch. It isn’t, but if they believe it might be and you’ve discovered a bug to your advantage, they will be talking to Greentube.
2. The sheer level of activity and money going through your account and back out on this mental 8 month run have now flagged your account as potential money laundering and extended AML checks are required.
It would just be nice if they had a timescale!
If it’s for either of the reasons I’ve speculated though, they genuinely won’t have any idea how long na investigation will take. I can fully appreciate how annoying it is for you but unfortunately this is part and parcel of the heavy regulation on the industry in the UK.

Well I find getting outside and doing some physical activity, even if it’s just a walk, helps me best when I get a depressive relapse. Also drawing/sketching, although I’m terrible at it, I find it very relaxing and a way to get my emotions under control.
4 or 5 scatters on Ra is not indicative of a bigger or better bonus, in fact it usually means your actual bonus part will be worse than average because your win was the extra payment for the scatters themselves. 5 scatters is only exciting in terms of the bonus on slots where the scatters do not in themselves pay a prize. You’ll find the same with an explorer line on Ra which has books in it triggering a bonus, the free spins will be shit because your primary win was the line.
What kind of mental health issues are we talking here; anxiety, depression…?
Still playing absolutely shite, if i manage to see the ladder it is losing first press, if not first press then bang dead second press like every single time.
I’d also just like to add this was the overwhelming majority of my entire experience playing Reel King a few months ago. I honestly thought that was the normal behaviour on the gamble ladder in my roughly 400 attempts to top it.
