Think my record for bonuses on the Captain was a mental session where I got something like 8 bonuses in less than 50 spins. I’ve also the bonus land on the first press three times and twice I’ve had back-to-back bonuses. Obviously I’ve also had the 300 dead spins run (I would never normally push it more than that) and once had a bonus which paid nothing at all except the trigger.
The outcome of each game (i.e. spin) is random – whether you’ve won and if so how much. The presentation to you as a bonus round is not random, so once you’ve hit a bonus, the game round has already logged the amount you’ve won and the bonus itself is just how it’s shown to you. So once the bonus is triggered, the game provider can look up what it’s paid you if it crashed part way through.
Basically it’s just a super high variance game which pays sweet FA for most people 99% of the time and occasionally belts out a 500 or 1000 or 5000x win in one spin for the lucky few hitting it on the right day at the right time.
Plenty of those games around, though I prefer safer games to float the balance for longer myself!
Immersive Roulette is the one I hate, though I’ve learned the hard way all roulette is total poison. But my god, immersive does my head in like no other. It seems to have an almost supernatural ability to tilt me by landing next door to my jackpot numbers, regardless of where I bet. Not to mention the no less than 5 occasions I’ve placed bets covering every single number on the wheel bar one….and guess where it’s magically landed? And I don’t mean there’s been loads of times I’ve done this and won something….basically stupid as it is, I sometimes like to cover every number even knowing half of them will be an overall loss. But the ONLY five times I’ve done this and accidentally left one number uncovered, somehow the ball has been magically drawn to it.
Also I feel it’s worth repeating that the casinos do not and cannot influence the outcome of these games, you’re playing directly on the game provider’s server regardless of which casino you play at and the performance doesn’t vary based on the casino you choose* – if you get screwed on Moon Princess, it would have happened on that day and time even if you were at a different casino.
*a couple of providers including Play N Go will allow casinos to choose between versions of some of their games with slightly higher or lower RTP percentages so do check the stated RTP before you play. But the casino still can’t influence whether you win or lose.
Maybe but not weirder than the fact I’ve never hit the top of the ladder when you can get it twice in one session 😛 but yeah it’s surprising, it comes in a lot relative to the top prize on other slots.
A lot of them used to; I remember Casumo and Risk, the two I play at most, both charged a fee until early this year. Others let you do one or a couple of withdrawals free in a day/week/month but still charge a small fee for any above that.
There’s been a fee listed in the terms since I first came across the site, but that was only a few months ago. Also @The Bandit if by Paul you’re referring to Rocknrolla, he usually gets different terms to most players so could be he was an exception. Hopefully you can negotiate something for your players.
Unfortunately I can’t sign up for a lot of your prize draws simply because I already had an account on most of the casinos you’re affiliated with. I think Videoslots is the only one I could use your link.
I’m one of those rare breeds who reads the terms before I sign up and play, so I knew about this and it’s why I’ve never played at Mr Green. For real guys, always read the full terms, or at least do a quick text search in them for the words “fee” and “wager”.
It’s there in the T&Cs:
6.3.1 Each withdrawal made will incur the below fees.
● Up to 100 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD/CHF/NZD withdrawal – 1 EUR/GBP/CAD fee
● Over 100 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD/CHF/NZD withdrawal – 1.5% fee
● Up to 1000 SEK/NOK/DKK withdrawal – 10.00 SEK/NOK fee
● Over 1000 SEK/NOK/DKK withdrawal – 1.5% fee
6.3.2 Maximum withdrawals fee amount:
● EUR/USD/GBP/CAD/CHF/NZD 10
● SEK/NOK/DKK 100.00
You will always see this on the page before making the withdrawal, so be sure to check this.Does anyone think you have more chance off hitting it on 30p rather then a large stake I used to think this but after seeing so many big wins on bigger stakes in the past months I’m starting to think it is just random on any stake. It shouldn’t make any difference on any game, since the RNG is independent of stake. But coincidentally my biggest ever win on Bruce Lee was on 30p stake….got the left-hold bonus with 3 wilds and one premium, then the last bonus spin brought in full screen of wilds on the right. Think it paid 500x for that spin and about £170 bonus total.
@Mr B if it makes you feel any better, I once had a 10 spin Venture bonus which paid literally nothing except the trigger, so yours isnt the worst result I’ve ever seen. It is very unlucky though.
Yep, I think it’s important for people to remember no other streamer gives back to viewers the way Steve does. The last bonus donations weren’t even specifically for people who signed up via affiliate links, so no one can accuse The Bandit of somehow profiting from this; he straight up just gave away money he could have kept for himself. Everyone, winners or not, should take a moment to appreciate the significance that.
Book of Ra seems to bonus for me now a lot less frequently than it used to….could be coincidence, could be the result of a tweak to the game.
Do the providers inform us of aby tweaks they do on their slots or is it just for us to speculate?
Yeah you won’t know, sometimes you can find out the version number on slots so you can know if they’ve changed, but you won’t know what the changes are. Usually they won’t affect game play but as long as the RTP is published and it remains random, they can tweak the odds of particular wins or combinations without releasing any detail.
Hmm, never really thought about it but I guess I’d say:
Full screen of a premium on Book of Ra.
500x or above on Reactoonz.
Any 666 on DHV….no wait, just a half decent bonus for more than 50x on DHV….no wait, just a bonus landing within 50 spins on DHV.
Wonky 3 or more wilds.
Magic Mirror II bonus with at least 2 retriggers, or again just the sodding bonus within 100 spins.
Book of Dead 150x or more (every single time I’ve had it bar one, it’s mugged me off for 30x or less…120x was the only one which was okay)
1000x or more on Bonanza.
